JetHose Recensioni

Unfortunately I accidentally placed a second order for jet hose and didn’t realize it was for 3 jet hose. I would like to return them as I already have the first order I placed. The first person I spoke to 06/17/2026 regarding return told me he would send an email with form and instructions. I never received email that day. On 06/18/2026 I spoke to someone who was very knowledgeable and professional and said he would send email with instructions. I received email and taking survey in hopes of getting instructions on how to return 3 jet hose and get a credit to my account. Thank you.

I ordered the JetHose 10 days ago and it still hasn't arrived, nor have I received a tracking number. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this, but I was so eager to get a way to power wash our 2 patios that I fell for their false advertising. Bummer.

Did not like having to go through all the bonus pages to get to check out.
Including this oage

I have tried from 15 minutes after erroneously ordered the product to halt this purchase (5/22/26). I saw immediately that it was not what I wanted. I was told that you could not stop the order as it was already out for distribution - this was all in the 30 minutes after the initial order. I received a later email saying the product would be shipped and I could return it once I got it. It now arrived and while I wanted 1 item, I have received and been charged for 6. I would like instructions on how to return and get my payment refunded. I just spoke with a representative named Aeron and this is my reply to his email.

the support was very helpful and pleasent. She gave clear instructions that i would be sent an email with return instructions and refund.

I’d give them a big fat zero if I could, what a scam!!!
First they trick you into ordering more than what you want, then you cannot review your order or make adjustments before finalizing and submitting it.
Talked to customer service within 15 minutes of ordering to get help correcting issue, and it’s quite evident they are well trained in how to pacify the customer but not really do anything to help the situation. Within an hour got an email apologizing that my order had already been packed and shipped so they could not cancel or correct my order but offered me all kinds of extended warranty crap. Fast forward a week…still no jet hoses, so I emailed them to see when I could expect to receive the product and was told it could take up to another week. Fast forward another week and half, still no jet hoses delivered, so I called to find out where they were. To my surprise they were sitting in the warehouse waiting for approval from my bank card! Couldn’t flipping believe it…. Almost 3 weeks later and they had been sitting in their warehouse the whole time!!!
Moral of this story is buyer beware beware beware, and order at your own risk!
I’m still waiting for my refund now, but will tell everyone I know how bad this place is and not to do business with them.

I received a unit which was not the type I ordered. JetHose over US$50, JetHose sent me a useless simple nozzle, available from Amazon for $16.99.

I have requested a refund, spoken to a "Customer Support Agents". I've filled in the survey, but have not received any instructions about a return and refund.

I definitely do not recommend dealing with this company

Priced at $20, this might be a good buy.

The Jethose brass and aluminum parts are well made and function well. However, the only “jet” added to the water pressure is the increased pressure provided by the step down from the hose diameter to the .25 inch pipe and smaller nozzle orifice. This is done by all hose nozzles.

ADVERTISING - JetHose: Incredible Water Pressure In A Small Package!
Save Time, Save Money, and Still Get a Spotless Clean
Extremely powerful cleaning
Removes dirt, grime, and stains instantly

The advertising is inflated hype. There is nothing “incredible” about the pressure. About the same as many other nozzles at $10. Extremely powerful cleaning is hyperbole. Compared to what? Certainly not an actual pressure washer. About the same as any other hose nozzle with a similar spray pattern. It doesn’t removed dirt, grime and stains instantly. It will remove wet or loose dirt quickly. It does not remove mold and mildew stains instantly.

East to do. Good looking product.but to many add on offers

Ordered a jet hose via their website. Got order confirmation very quickly and my cc was charged. It has been 25 calendar days and customer support has stopped replying to emails and actually hangs up on me when I call. They basically stole my money. Do not trust them

Wanted to order one power jet hose, but because of confusing order system on website I think I have ordered 4 jethoses. One has been delivered and am expecting 3?more. Order numbers are as follow:
4A04EFA024
40B13B864D
EEBC6713E3
I would like to refunded for the extra 3 jethoses I have ordered.

Best regards

Great product, but more expensive than exact same product in different advert video!

After payment was processed using PayPal the currency changed from CAD to USD, there was not option to reject payment. Tried to cancel within 30 minutes and was told it was not possible. The product took 3 weeks to arrive. Product is not as advertised, A DEWALT Hydro Cannon works so much better. This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. After reading their response I followed up again but have not heard back from them. Red flags all round.

This company charged me triple and added charges I did not agree to. They were pleasant to speak to on the phone but would not deduct any of the false charges. They charged me $202.00 for a $49.00 order. I would not buy from this company.

I paid about 100 Australian dollars for it. Advertise video in YouTube and price are absolutely false and pure scam. Nozzle in no different from a water pressure in regular garden nozzles (pistol grip hose nozzle). More cheeper you can buy it in Amazon or other online shops.
Note for seller: There were no instructions for use with in.
Find a way to payback my money.

The nozzle appears very cheap. It will not attach to my hose, too small. Please refund me, I will return everything, nozzle, wand, cloth, spray. Thank you

The order was fast and easy and the deals were great. Thank you.
