That jethose I received has nothing to do with what I bought.
This company is not serious. They are thieves. Don't buy!
I bought a powerful jet hose noozle, and received a garden hose gun not better than any cheap thing sold in Walmart .
Impossible to return it, impossible to take contact with the company.
I ve been send a hose gun sold 19$ on Amazon.
I payed this one 65 USD as I thought it was CAD.

I originally ordered one nozzle. When I got my order summary from PayPal it showed i had ordered four items. I contacted PayPal and told them of the false charges. I contacted customer service and was told she would cancel the order. Two hours later I was told the order had processed and in shipping. After days and weeks I was told they stopped the shipment! The order never got canceled! PayPal found in my favor due to all of the emails and false commutations from customer service. The entire set up is a scam!
They are now saying after a month that they want to help saying they want to help! I have saved twenty eight email with them and my emails to them. If they didn't resolve this in a month, what are they going to do now? So many of the emails said they had resolved my issues! Guess what they were never resolved!

It's not what I was hoping for but it is slightly better than using my old hose.
I will go through the check list you have sent me but I think it is at it's best for my low water pressure.
The customer service was quick and helpful.

Extremely disappointed. Misleading product & Email Spam
I am highly dissatisfied with my recent purchase for several reasons:
Product Misrepresentation: The item is significantly smaller than advertised, looks like a cheap toy, and barely functions.
Overcharged: The amount billed to my account was higher than the advertised price.
Shipping Failures: Delivery was heavily delayed with zero notifications. The tracking was so unreliable it felt like a cheap local substitute was shipped instead of the actual product.
Spam: They are constantly spamming my inbox with marketing emails despite this terrible experience.
I expect a customer service representative to contact me for a full or partial refund to resolve this. Avoid this company.

I was sent an entirely different product from the one that I had ordered.
I am profoundly disappointed with the product that was eventually sent to me, because it is not only unfit for purpose it doesn't bear the name of the product that I purchased . . . JetHose.
Instead I was sent a Jet Nozzle, which I cannot attach to my standard hosepipe, and so is of no use to me whatsoever.

Not what I expected at all
Not what I expected at all. My garden hose nozzle has more pressure. Very cheaply made. The company advertises that there is a 30day 'no questions asked' return policy, however, when you check their webside for instructions there is a whole laundry list of criteria to meet, plus you, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. It's not worth my time or money to pursue a refund. I consider this a lesson learned.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, no way it’s 15x water pressure, and for the over expensive price, it’s totally crap!
And I won’t mention how long it took to arrive, or the fact it had no instruction manual as noted on the box!
1-10, don’t waste your money.

Ordered this one month ago - Still not here
Ordered this one month ago and it still has not arrived. Despite multiple emails stating that it has shipped and I should expect it soon, my spring cleaning window is now slipping away. Looks like I'll be going to purchase something at Home Depot for less than what this costs. At this rate, I'll be lucky if it's here by Christmas.

After scrubbing down a very large front porch, I attached the jet nozzle to my hose and found a definitive strong adjustable spray. But I was disappointed that it was not stronger. All priors pics shows it cleaning driveways thoroughly clean etc. My experience wasn’t strong enough to remove some of the staining on the wooden floor boards of the porch. It works but certainly not as I thought it would. The pressure isn’t much better than my hose nozzle. I do thank you for your immediate response to my return request!! That is refreshing!!😊. I await further instructions. Thank you.

BEWARE - UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF TOP REVIEW - Unauthorised over charge + DOES NOT WORK + item took weeks to arrive
RESPONSE TO JETHOSE REPLY AT BOTTOM…
I ordered this item 3 week ago and it has still not arrived. However, this is not my biggest concern. I will list below:
1. I agreed to pay £49.95. Clicked through to payment and was charged approx £80 because a warranty and shipping had been added. I had not requested a warranty and had not been fore told of the shipping cost. I would have understood the latter charge if I had seen it added clearly before I committed to buy.
2. I immediately emailed Jet Hose and several days later I received an unhelpful response. I replied and have heard nothing since. The reference to the direct debits was completely ignored.
3. Item never arrived!
My advice is to be cautious. I have been assuming it is a scam, but can see some reviews which seem to suggest others have received their items - if indeed they are genuine reviews.
Dear JetHose (and for info fof anyone reading this review),
I see you have responded to this review, twice. However, you have not responded to the private email that I sent to you over a week ago in response to your reply in this review. It is dishonest to suggest publicly that you going to deal with a matter and then ignore it when it is out of the public arena. Please can someone reply to all of the direct emails that I have sent requesting help?
We received the JetHose just after writing the first review (several weeks late) but it does not work. We sent a video demonstrating this, but you have still not replied, despite making out in your review that you would like to help.
Re being shown how much would be taken from my account in the summary - this was not the case.
I have now email you a handful of times of the last 5/6 weeks and you have not helped at all.
I will continue to update others here.
