I did not intend to purchase 3 JetHose. I wish to return two and keep one.

The agent that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. She understood my problem with the product. I appreciated that she didn’t hesitate to want to correct it by giving me the refund that I was asking for.

After receiving my jet hose and being unable to attach it to my hose, I contacted customer service and sent them a picture of what I received. They indicated that it was missing a piece and offered a refund which I agreed would be the solution. Days later, I am told I need to purchase an attachment to use the product. I objected to that and asked for the refund. Subsequently, they told me I would need to return the item in the original packaging. That was never conveyed to me when I initially contacted them. They then offered to refund 25% of the cost which I said was totally unacceptable. They then went radio silent. I will be pursuing further action unless they refund the full amount as originally promised.

The last offer of additional products was tricky. I had to uncheck them to avoid the cost

It has been very frustrating to get my refund when I have told them through email that they sent me a used jet house and I wanted my money back because it doesn’t work.
They tell me that they let me know and it’s been

When I explained that the item didn’t reach my expectations Mary understood this and started the process of returning the product.
The main reason for my disappointment was the lack of pressure which the product failed to deliver. At the moment I have a hoZelock spray gun which my son keeps borrowing so I thought I would treat myself to a better spray gun but unfortunately the one from your company isn’t the one to improve on the one I already have, therefore I am returning the spray gun

Ok, the nozzles are all plastic, I dropped one and the wand broke off. The pressure is less than a regular garden hose nozzle, that cost $7.00. Sorry' I was expecting a nozzle that as advertised that you will not need a pressure washer, this is a false statement.

Sehr unübersichtlicher Bestellvorgang, der zu unbeabsichtigten Mehrkäufen führt. Sofortiges Storno meinerseits wurde nicht akzeptiert mit dem Hinweis, dass die Ware bereits versandbereit sei (nach ca 3 Minuten!!). Ware kommt in bereits geöffneter Umverpackung an, ohne jegliche Gebrauchsanleitung und Rücksendeschein. Düse enttäuscht, keinerlei "Hochdruck" wird erzeugt; vergleichbar mit jeder billiger Baumarktdüse. Beschwerden an den Support werden ausgesprochen höflich beantwortet (KI?). Man versucht aber gezielt, mich davon abzuhalten, alles zurückzuschicken. Mir wird eine kleine Entschädigungszahlung angeboten, die ich nicht annehme. Seitdem herscht Stille. Ich kann vor dem Produkt und dem Shop nur warnen.

On May 23, 2026, I placed an online order for the JetHose. My account was immediately charged $75.00 instead of the advertised $59.99, and to make matters worse, I was charged twice. Fortunately, my credit union blocked one of the duplicate charges.
The very next day, I called customer service to cancel my order because I was not willing to pay $75 when the product was advertised for $59.99. The representative told me the additional amount was for shipping and handling. I clearly stated that I wanted to cancel the order, and he confirmed that it had been canceled and that I would receive a refund.
Since then, it has been nothing but frustration. I have made numerous phone calls, only to reach a recording that disconnects after about five minutes. After multiple emails and a series of excuses, I was eventually told—more than a month later—that I had "canceled too late" and would not receive a refund. Instead, they encouraged me to try the JetHose and, if I didn't like it, return it (at my expense) for a refund after they received it.
I repeatedly requested a tracking number to prove the product had even been shipped. To this day, I have never received one.
I informed the company that if they did not immediately provide either a tracking number or my refund, I would file complaints and warn other consumers. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails altogether.
To this day, July 7, 2026, I still have no product, no tracking number, no refund, and no response.

I have contacted support two times, each time I was given information that I needed.

Product seems very inferior for price. Did not approve extra warranty. Tried to get lower price that came up after I ordered. Just took goodwill discount to be rid of whole situation.

Would be minus stars if I could award that! As others found this is a total scam. Paid good money for a flimsy bit of equipment with false claims of the power of and what this product can do. Alleged discount!!! But still not cheap!!! Had to contact company when there was no sign of communication on delivery despite there being an aggressive approach by JETHOSE with constant emails trying to get me to purchase other items. When product eventually arrived it is not as advertised, it is a cheap and nasty piece of junk - not robust was in inferior crushed box packaging (practically falling apart), no delivery and returns notes or even an instruction leaflet with this extremely inferior product and is not even the brand advertised and ordered i.e. not JET HOSE. Total CON so warning to others DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM and be caught out like me. Allegedly comes with 30 day return and refund but trying to find how to do this appears impossible. Would welcome any feedback from anyone who has been successful in returning this product and receiving a full refund.

DO NOT BUY. This JetHose is PLASTIC #1. It does NOT fit your hoseend, and it leaks profusely. What is WORSE is that I was promised (now get this) 70% refund for my purchase if I did n ot want to return Since I have been dealing with this for a MONTH I took that deal to walk away with some of my money back. But now when I go to check in on where the return is, they are ignorant. Don't know anything. IT IS A SCAM. Stay away from them. Product is BAD. Customer service does NOT do WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. RUN away fast.

So far the website was easy to get around. I searched for reviews and for the most part reviews were better than other devices. I really hope this tool works well. We currently have a power washer but it is very heavy and cumbersome. We are both in our 80’s so weight has become a problem for us.

The item took about 4 weeks to arrive, and when it did arrive, I was anxious to hook it up and see how it performed. It was not much more powerful than my current hose system, so I had to return the Jetspray.

After receiving my Jethose damaged I contacted the team and they responded very quickly. I received a full reimbursement for the damaged product .
I would suggest that they wrap the items in bubble wrap in future shipments. Victoria, Karen and Myra were excellent to talk to
