JetHose Recensioni

I ordered the jet sprayer but only wanted one. The site sent me in circles for 10 minutes. I finally placed the order but got no "Thank you for your order", no confirmation email, and no shipping details. After waiting for over a month, I received 2 jet sprayers but was charged for 3. $239.97 for a sprayer!!! I've been trying to resolve this for weeks. They NEVER answer the customer service phone and never return my emails. Horrible company. Go with Bulb Head.

The man, I talked to on the phone was very polite, but I couldn't much understand what he was saying, him being a foreigner and all.

Although I was unable to have my problem corrected, the response I received was efficient, courteous and appreciated. The order cancellation I requested was not possible however the customer service team lead me through the process needed to satisfy my situation. It is a pleasure dealing with a company team that encourages customer satisfaction. Rare these days.

Does not clean as shown on video. Stream is very poor in fact not too dissimilar to a regular hose nozzle

Inadequate water pressure delivered by sprayer . Live in Calgary Alberta

This team was very helpful on the staying and knew exactly what my problem was. Definitely a good relationship with them

Great response time answering my concerns

This did not fit on our hose with the sprayer they had sent. When just attached to our hose without the sprayer, it had less power than our $20 sprayer. They offered me 25% back. What happened to their 30 day guarantee? I have not heard back from them after asking how I return the useless item. After waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive

Your customer service department was very helpful and professional. It made me feel important.

On hold for 15 minutes

I ordered a product from this company and then decided I wanted to go a different direction. I tried to cancel the order immediately but was informed it had already processed. The Support team was quick to respond and communicate. And although, I haven't finished the refund process, they have been very helpful so far.

Es hat alles Super funktioniert, auch wenn es ein wenig gedauert hat.

I’m still waiting for my Jet Hose. I’ve been stalled for weeks. This entire company and I would guess is nothing but a big scam!!
Don’t order ANYTHING! I just wasted all the $$$ that I foolishly spent!!

Customer service does not respond to requests for return.

I still have not received instructions for returning my product, after EIGHT requests. I have no address to send product for return.
I actually attempted to cancel the entire order within minutes of realizing I had been overcharged for what I had expected. There was no chance to review the order before being charged. I was denied cancellation and am now attempting to return the product.

Do not buy this. It does not work any better than a cheap plastic sprayer.

Impressive! Now you too can ditch your heavy ass pressure washer and replace it with this easy light jet hose!

Needed to contact customer support due to long delivery time several times. Received immediate response

Their extremely gracious decision and kindness of how they communicated with me. It was very gracious and I deeply appreciate their decision.

This product is a joke and a ripoff. First when you get it, it has a quick connect fitting that does not exist in the USA. You can remove it and hook it to a normal garden hose.
After doing that, you will find it in no way performs as they show in their video. I tried on a 2'x2' piece of sidewalk with algae on it, took a good 15 mins and GALLONS of water.
When you buy it they also send you all kinds of garbage "nano' scratch remover rags and fluid that you did not ask for. This raises the $50.00 cost to over $100.00. Waste of money from a foreign company.
