Product took too long in delivery, and product didn't perform to expectations. which is why I'm requesting a refund.

Was quickly offered a refund on two extra jethose nozzles I received.

I was only on hold for less than a minute. Very understanding and wanted to help with my refund.

product is a complete waste of time just a piece off pipe with a valve, a complete rip off, DO NOT TOUCH THIS PROCUCT ITS A TOTAL SCAM

I ordered a power washer from JetHose on June 1, 2026. They debited my account at that time. After weeks of waiting, the product they sent was defective. Then after weeks and weeks of trying to get a new product or a refund, JetHose sent me this on July 5, 2026: “We have just issued a full refund of $101.11, and you should get a confirmation email with the details very soon. The money should reach you in 5 business days if you paid with a credit card. If you used Paypal, the refund should already be there.”

Today is July 26 and I have received NOTHING from JetHose. This company has cheated me out of $101.11. Be very very careful. I believe the positive reviews are actually bots.

I received the pressure sprayer in a flimsy box missing the connector and the instructions for use. I had waited quite awhile to receive the item and was VERY disappointed to not be able to use it. I want a refund ASAP.

After determining I wanted to make the purchase, the ease and mechanics of the purchase made the experience appreciated.

I attempted to order one nozzle online and within 3 minutes of receiving the following email order confirmation. I immediately reached out to cancel the order within 3 minutes.

12 minutes later I received an email:

Order #10534F8D8B has been quality-checked, packed, and is ready for shipment.
Your order has successfully passed quality control and has been carefully packed. It is now awaiting pickup by our courier.

No company in the world has this kind of product distribution system.

I complied to the company’s policy of cancellation and didn’t receive a response until 2days later that my request was being passed on to another person and I would receive a reply back shortly.

16 days later I received this email:

Your request (3513722) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email.

I hope this message finds you well.

I have received an update from the warehouse regarding your order and have been informed that it has already been packed and dispatched for shipping. Therefore, I regret to inform you that cancellation is no longer feasible at this stage.

This is entirely unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered two pack of Jethose units and they were underwhelming from the advertised product. It doesn't have the power to wash off decks or rinse out trash receptacles I saw on the commercial. I adjusted the nozzle trying to find the power settings, but the hose attachment was not up to par. Very Disappointed in the price and product.

Unfortunately the information when ordering was somewhat confusing. It was processed before I had chance to review the order. After ordering the communication was poor, and the delivery details were almost non existent. One of the two parcels didn't even arrive. I contacted customer services who said they'd review it and send a new one. This only happened after I chased them. I had the small portable one arrive which leaks water whenever you move it around. The larger one didn't arrive for 3 weeks. When it did the remote control wasn't inside the box. I am arranging a return.

Customer care support I received from a staff of the customer care service named Victoria was quite great. She was always very prompt, courteous, supportive and reassuring.
However my experience from the jethose was definitely much below my expectation. The pressure from all the different tips of the hose could not clean my concrete stamped compound or patio. I only plan to keep it to wash my car.

I bought the jet hose nozzle. It says, "It Fits all standard garden hoses" but it doesn't. I have an expandable hose and it didn't fit it. So, I bought a standard garden hose to see if this would fit, it didn't. I then tried to buy adapters that worked and none did. All the while, I was working with Jethose to get it to work. I really wanted it to work because I have a bad back and lugging a heavy pressures washer to clean my deck was not really an option. After multiple emails and trips to Home Depot, I could not get it to connect and Jethose agreed to a refund amount. However, when it came to actual refunding they have not sent anything and they refuse to reply to my emails asking for an update. All emails were sent within 30 days. At this point, I am stuck with a pressure nozzle that doesnt work well, an email that Jethose refuses to reply to, and having to buy a new lightweight pressure washer.

JetHose is a SCAM!!! My order was confirmed and processed without the ability to do so on my end. Not to mention that 2 items were added without my consent and I didn't have the ability to uncheck with boxes. I immediately emailed and called to cancel. My email received a generic we are busy and will get back to you when we can. I finally spoke to someone on the phone who said they would cancel it and I would receive a refund by the end of the day. Then I get an email winding that back telling me it was shipped - I received a shipping confirmation the next day. I was told not to worry that I would be able to get a refund if returned within 30 days. I received the package on Sunday and sent and email asking for return instructions, no response. I called today and was told the first step would be to fill out a survey then let them know I did it and they would let me know where to ship the package for a full refund of over $200. I did that then I get an email from someone else offering to pay me 25% of the order. I lost it, they came back and offered 45% - I lost it again. I am expecting a full refund. BUYER BEWARE, do NOT order from this company!!!!

The jet nozzle will not attach to a water hose. Poor product. Cheaply made and Weak design for the money. Company will refund but I am forced to pay return shipping.
Buyer beware. Go to your local hardware store for a better product

Hello I have received two Jet Hoses which were tested out this weekend. They are absolutely pathetic similar to my garden hose pressure.

I have spent $226NZD on these and am livid that I have been duped by your company.
The quality is a joke and the AI videos you use to entice would be purchasers is FRAUDULENT, SCAMMING and DISGRACEFUL.

I want a refund please.

Especially as I initially only ordered one, but I didnt get confirmation on the payment then submitted again. Now I have two useless jet hoses and duped $226NZD.

Im soooooo mad.
