Once Customer Service responded to my multiple outreaches, they were easy to deal with, but it took several times over several weeks to get a response.

Well outside of being on hold for about 10 minutes, the lady was very helpful sending. She was going to send an email to me regarding my return which I have received an email but nothing about instructions on how to return these two items. Please let me know how I go about returning the items back to you so my credit card can be credited. Thank you

First, I was charged for a warranty without my knowledge. Then, I could not connect it to my hose, and had to visit 2 hardware stores to be able to find a quick connect converter resulting in another $20 expense. When I finally got it operational it did not produce a jet stream any stronger than my cheap multi-function nozzle. Now, it seems returning is problematic. You would think that the warranty I paid for against my wishes would cover return costs - but no! And they claim it must be returned unused. How else would I have known it is a piece of junk?

Update: This matter was handled professionally and promptly by their customer service team. I was refunded and will purchase again shortly from JetHose.com...
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the significant delay in resolving the issue with the three items I received that were damaged and unusable.

The customer service reps were quick to respond to emails, only reason I did not give five stars because it took more than two months before my item was shipped and another couple weeks before it arrived despite several emails, trying to find out what was going on. Also, I did not mean to order the cloth and spray and emailed to customer service immediately after I placed the order to cancel those two items and get a refund, but they shipped them anyway, and I was still charged. Lastly, when the item finally arrived, I found out the connector on the nozzle is not a standard hose connection so I had to go buy an additional adapter to allow it to connect to my hose. I feel like that should’ve been shipped with the nozzle. I have not been able to use the sprayer yet, as I am still in search for an adapter that will allow it to work with my standard hose.

this is my 2nd writeup about this company. It is a sham and a farce and they lie in every email response. I have been fighting them for over 2 months now to get my guaranteed 100% money back and all I get are promises and excuses. Please anyone reading this and thinking of buying this piece of crap DO NOT. You have been warned. After writing my first review on this piece of crap company I got an immediate response from them they were going to process my money back. Now over a week has gone by and I got the following in an email today.
"We would like to provide you with an update regarding your refund. At this time, we are experiencing an ongoing issue that has unfortunately affected the processing of some refunds, resulting in delays. Please be assured that your refund remains a priority, and our team is actively working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. This Laura is the 7th customer rep that has responded and will no doubt be the 7th one to lie to me. SO.......KNOCK KNOCK!....THIS IS THE FEDERAL FRAUD DIVISION OF THE US GOVERNMENT, PLEASE OPEN THE DOOR SO WE CAN BEGIN OUR INVESTIGATION


We understand that you have been waiting for some time, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team is closely monitoring your case, and as soon as we have any new information regarding your refund status, we will notify you immediately." this is about the 4th one like this I got and it shows that are lying and pulling me along, however I will never stop till I get my money back.
8/4/26 just got another "PROMISE" FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. Here it is in reply to my writeup.

Found my nozzle right away. Can't wait to get it

Took a long time to ship but got the item. Customer service was very responsive.

I called your customer service. Spoke with a very nice young lady. At first was great customer service, but I did have to call back because I did not receive the email. Spoke with another gentleman this morning was very helpful and he said he would resend the email which I received promptly. You have a very good customer service. Unfortunately, when I receive this product, there was only two pieces in the box. So I’m returning it. I did try to use it thinking that that’s all I needed, but then as I went to look at YouTube videos, it showed that there should’ve been so much more in the box. And there was not. But you have very good customer service.

Buyer beware! This will not fit easily on your hose. You will have to invest an additional $25 to make it work. When discussing with customer service he insisted his advertising wasn’t misleading then hung up on me. Not sure it worth your investment!!

It took 5 weeks to get the product.
The product was not as described.

From the beginning there was an issue with the payment going through. So i believed it had not hence did it again. Then found out that there now was two orders gone through. Which i did not want and said immediately. Customer service has been good but slow in response. So they were unable to stop the orders. But the y have been helpful so far telling me that if i still want to return that i can once they arrive. Again communication about the orders was slow and left me not knowing much as to what was going on. After requesting tracking of the order - it did finally come through after a considerable wait. But, told me nothing really just it is in transit but no idea how long it would take. Very disappointed from when i was buying them it said about 10 days - i waited over a month to receive them.

JetHose has the best customer service; they immediately respond to my emails - better than any other company I have dealt with!

I have been waiting for over 1 month for my refund to process, and now that I have had to follow up about it, it will magically be processed today. This is CONPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! You are all a bunch of flakes and fraudsters. Every effort I have made to get my product returned and refunded has been met with pushback from your company. Your produced does not even work as advertised. I would NEVER recommend someone purchase your product as this ENTIRE!!! Process has been absolute garbage. It is like your company is run by monkeys!

I had to send at least 4 emails requesting a refund. The product manual didn't even arrive with the product, and when youe company was contacted the directions I was given were IMPOSSIBLE to follow, as there was a quick connect attachment on the bottom of the product. Your employee didn't even know what I was talking about when I sent pictures of it.

This ENTIRE process and correspondence with your company has been NOTHING but unhelpful. EVERY policy your company has on your website was and has been broken.

Just emailed them...
"You mentioned the item was returned and accepted on 22 June, but I'm not able to see a return registered against order 590728D0A4 on our side - so I can't confirm the return or give you a firm date for the refund myself."
Every other email they were able to find the information.
Still no refund.
