They can improve by not scamming and stealing from people who expect a product that does what they say it does. It’s true what people say if something seems too good to be true it probably, or more like definitely is too good to be true. Then to rub salt in the wound offer a refund which never materialises. DoNOT buy from JetHose. It’s just another scam!!!

Terrible product and customer service
Well, Edlyn, your ridiculous customer service run-around is certainly humorous! Sarcastically speaking, I am so glad that Victoria was able to string me along about sending out a new jet nozzle because of the awful product you originally sent out to me. You have now managed to get me right back to where I was over one month ago when Victoria promised that a new jet nozzle would be sent out to me considering all the circumstances I identified in my original email to your company.
Not that it matters to you or your company but I will be leaving a really poor review on your company website. No surprise considering that I stupidly purchased a third-rate product from a faceless on-line vendor. I only hope that you experience the same level of exceptionally bad customer service the next time you buy something of such poor quality!

The Jet Hose dilemma
I ordered jet hose on June 6. I still hadn’t received anything on July 6 after contacting several times I got the jet hose by July 10. It was missing the part that attached to my hose
at this point I was pretty fed up. I asked to return it I got a huge runaround telling me that they would give me huge discounts if I kept it
What was the point one attached to my hose it was useless
I said no I just want a refund. I finally got an address to return the jet hose
I just got my refund
unfortunately I think they just sent me another one and I didn’t even open this jet hose. I’m waiting for them to tell me that I owe the money for it. I’m gonna send it right back. This has been a trying experience and one I did not enjoy at all

Product Did Not Meet Expectations
Product was shipped on time. Product did not meet my expectations: 1) Did not expect to maek adtional purchase to allow connection to garden hose ( I already have quick disconnect but it is not the samesize as your product 2) metal ring tab for lever is to short; I needed a tool assist to disengage to lever.

Hi this company is a joke
Hi this company is a joke. It’s a scam. Charged my card more than I agreed to. Added extra charges. I also tried to cancel but didn’t get a response. They sent the hose anyway. When I asked for a refund I got the runaround. They either don’t answer my emails or they take a lengthy time. I finally got an address to return the hose but never got my refund. I advise anyone thinking of ordering one don’t.
After submitting this review Janel email me on the 19th August and said that they can't do anything because of an open dispute. There is no open dispute. Paypal closed the dispute on the 17th August. So this is just another excuse. That's all I get is excuse after excuse. I can send them a copy of the message from paypal that it is closed.
please just give me my refund. I sent the nozzle back, so there is no excuse not to give me my refund.

It doesn’t work at all because it won’t…
It doesn’t work at all because it won’t fit any hose. The threads on the jet nozzle are finer than any of my regular garden hose nozzles. The jet sprayer only connects to your pistol sprayer but the heel of the pistol sprayer has a plastic attachment protruding that prohibits it from connecting to a garden hose.

I accidentally purchased 4 nozzles online. I cancelled within nine minutes. I received an email verifying receipt of cancellation but told there were system problems and somebody would contact me. Nobody did. I sent three follow cancellation emails. Still no response. The cancelled items were received FIVE weeks later. I sent another email reiterating I cancelled and wanted to return the items for a full refund. Again, I was told someone would get back to me. I finally got the information where to return the items and had to pay my own shipping. The company is bait and switch and runs out the clock hoping to wear you down so you will give up and keep the items. RUN AWAY. BUYER BEWARE. AVOID THE AGGRAVATION I WENT THROUGH.

This is NOT better than a standard hose nozzle. I couldn't see spending the rediculus amount to return it (plus it took 5 weeks to arrive) However, when I called them on it the did give me a partial refund.

The Jet Nozzle does not work/full refund
The Jet Nozzle does not work. Its pressure is no greater than my hose with the adjustable nozzle. I tried to clean my walk and it would not remove any dirt. I tried to clean a close gutter and it did nothing to clean it. I would like to have my credit card refunded as soon as possible and also need to know the address to send the jet nozzle back. I just received a full credit refund for this Jet Nozzle. I appreciate there efforts to make this right, which they have now done. James Lester

The product doesn't fit my hoses
I received the product but it doesn't work as advertised. Obviously, there is a connector that is missing. I ordered it on May 26 and received it on June 17. I requested a refund within the 30-day window but they made excuses not process it. This company is very frustrating to deal with. I gave them the information they requested on June 19 with no response. It is now September 6 and still no refund.

This company is a scam.
This company is a scam.
They charged my credit card for much more than I actually ordered. I ordered one product, but they automatically added additional items without my consent.
The product I received was not as described, so I requested a return. They refused to issue a full refund. They offered me a 70% refund, which I accepted, but I still haven't received a single penny since May. They keep ignoring my messages and never provide a real response.
Stay away from this company. I strongly recommend that you do not do business with them.
