Meet and Greet service When I left my car, it was in perfect condition: freshly washed, no scratches, dents, or any damage. I took photos and videos of my car right before handing it over to their staff as evidence of its condition. However, upon my return from holiday, after waiting for over an hour (and making several calls to check on the car’s status), my car was returned in a horrible state.
Not only was my car filthy, but it also had numerous scratches, dents, and even rust spots that were not there before. To my shock, the car had been driven an additional 72 miles! When I contacted the parking service, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. The person on the phone told me that I "got what I paid for" and hung up on me multiple times. They even blocked my number after I tried calling back multiple times.
After finally reaching someone who identified themselves as Tom Hemp, I was told that minor scratches and dents are not their responsibility and they would only offer me £20 for a car wash, which is far from adequate to cover the damage or the distress caused. Furthermore, they refused to take responsibility for the additional mileage on my car and denied any wrongdoing regarding the state in which my car was returned.
I am appalled by the lack of accountability, customer service, and respect shown by this company. They have refused to provide the photos they allegedly took of my car when it was initially handed over to them, which would supposedly prove their claim that the damages were pre-existing. Instead, they have accused me of attempting to make a fraudulent claim and have threatened to report me to fraud prevention services, potentially affecting my insurance premiums.
I have all the evidence, including photos and videos taken before and after using their service, showing the extent of the damage and the additional mileage on my car. This experience has been incredibly stressful and has cost me both time and money.
I strongly advise anyone considering using Easy Parking Meet and Greet Gatwick to think twice. Based on my experience, this company is not reliable, does not take care of your vehicle, and provides extremely poor customer service. I am now left to pursue legal action to seek the compensation I deserve for the damage done to my car.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Waited over an hour for car to be returned to us. Watched as 3 members of staff waited (smoking) in a customers car that had just been dropped off, for a half an hour for a fourth member of staff. They then drove off. Wasn’t a bit concerned or bothered that we were waiting for our car. After phoning again after an hour, my car finally turned up along with another car. AVOID this company. Would rather park up, keep keys and get shuttle bus.

Dreadful service. We booked meet and greet but had to wait 1.5 hours for our car to be delivered to us and then it was absolutely filthy. It must have been parked in a muddy field. The tyres were full of mud and the inside was also filthy. Will Never use them again

Dreadful company, my friend just made her check in. Waited and waited to be collected to be taken to the airport and after numerous phone calls to the shuttle driver who gave excuse after excuse she eventually got through to a manager who arranged someone else to collect her! She has no idea where her car will be parked and flys home in the evening. Here's hoping she is reunited without the same level of delay and distress. If you like to arrive at the airport stressfree, in plenty of time, I'd book a different company!
EV wasn't charged fir my return.
Booked charging for my EV so I could pick the car up ang get home smoothly.
Landed at 2200 and the car had not been charged.
Had to find a fast charger wait for enough to get home. By this time motorway roadworks started.
Should have been home for midnight. Got there at 0300.
Horrendous.
Checked EV charge on my app before my flight and new it hadn't been charged by then. Hoped it would be done on arrival. I could not contact anyone to find out.
Afraid trust has gone. I would not use it again unless they change the system and send notification ASAP to say it has been charged.

When we couldn't get back from Israel due to the attacks APH kept our car for no additional cost despite not knowing when we could get back to pick it up, that's what I call excellent service.
AVOID SUMMER SPECIAL
All I can say is avoid the SUMMER SPECIAL parking. It isn't obvious on booking that they park your car and keep your keys. Im only frustrated that I didn't take my mileage. Upon return at 2.30am I collected my vehicle, once underway there was an occasional knocking sound and once on the M25 a lot of road noise through the cabin. The following day after deciding the vehicle wasn't right and needed to go to the garage, I remembered I have an app for my vehicle on my phone, to my horror it had recorded that Severe Collision Damage had occurred to my vehicle on Saturday the 6th May which obviously occurred whilst under there care. This had resulted in a front suspension spring being broken in half, the collision detection message would have also appeared on my dashboard, however this had been deleted. Im so angry that this dangerous and sly behaviour resulted in me driving myself and my daughter home in a vehicle that wasn't safe whilst being unaware as an individual had taken upon themselves to delete the warning message on the vehicle. i have been without a car for two weeks waiting repair and Jamie at Gatwick parking insists on saying no one was driving my vehicle at that time, and that the spring must have just broke all on its own whilst standing in a car park. Its a 3 year old Mercedes 4WD and I find that extremely hard to believe. We have been continually fobbed off, from reading other reviews we aren't the first to have have a broken spring and suspensions issues, clearly these vehicles are being driven on inappropriate ground by individuals with no regard for other peoples vehicles or safety. What a despicable bunch of crooks.
