They don’t deliver and don’t give you your money back

SCAM STORE!
I paid £233 for a generator which never arrived. The telephone number on the website was not a registered number and none of my emails got replies. Was sorry I did not check this site first.

SCAM, don't reply to emails anymore, no telephone answering either.

Only given 1 star because it is not possible to give zero! This is a clear and blatant fraud which thankfully has now been shut down. I have recovered my money through my credit card provider thankfully so from my point of view a good lesson learnt “IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE”! The prices quoted by this shameful bunch were so ridiculously low we all should really have known better! Let’s hope that the authorities catch up with them and deal with them appropriately.

don't buy from this company - didn't receive item and now claiming back via bank ......

Same story. Ordered goods which didn't arrive. Promised refund, which didn't arrive. They stopped emailing me with excuses. Got money back through bank

I, like everyone else, ordered from garstore.co.uk. All seemed legit. Was told the recent bad reviews were because of a supplier letting them down. Was told 8 to 12 working days. Yeah right. Luckily, my bank got me my money back.

SCAM...AVOID... YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Purchased 2 makita batteries on 30 July 2022 still not turned up customer services gone quiet. Lost £109.99

This is a SCAM site, Sadly can not give ZERO stars. Ordered item 18th Aug £207.99 in good faith, kept chasing as item not sent, they agreed to a refund, however NO REFUND received and they are now ignoring all my emails and there is no phone contact.
Does anyone know where they are actually based?

As other people here, I learnt the hard way and lost £78 on a Makita multi tool.
Tried to contact them, website gone down, no reply to emails and phone.
Seeking further advice.

On 29 / 09 / 2022 I bought one Multi tool makita and I don't received and I cannot talk with any of members of this online shop. I report them to ACTION FRAUD .

It’s a scam, please don’t order from this company. I’m amazed they are allowed to continue trading. Money reclaimed via bank.

AVOID AT ALL COST.
These people are just thieves and scammers. How they are allowed to promote and do business in the UK is beyond me. Trading Standards: FCA where are you?

Order placed. Order number given and very polite replies to my early questions about delivery date. This soon deteriorated into no reply to emails and as the days rolled by, I had to request a refund via my credit card company. Suggest you avoid Garstore as you may lose money or not receive the item you order.

Garstore took the money and ran.
Ordered my sander in September 2022 with a promised 8 to 12 day delivery. Received a confirmatory email. Sent several e mail chasers and rang with no replies. All to save a few pounds.
A lesson learnt, always buy from reputable suppliers, obvious eh?
Luckily I used my credit card and a refund from my bank is on it's way.
My bank is now persuing the matter..

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a stihl blower in early July. After waiting several weeks and receiving a few emails I asked for my money back. We are now at the end of October and after several emails that have been ignored I am still waiting for my refund.

SCAM! They took £300 for a generator back in August, kept saying it was delayed and when I asked for a refund they said it would take 10 days. Guess what? Still no refund and now the website has been deactivated.
