Shocking its a scam!!

Ordered item never arrived.
Had to get refund from my bank.
Avoid at all costs

Scammers. Take your money but do not supply any goods. Nationwide quickly refunded me. Given the number of negative reviews, I have no idea why these folk are not in jail where they belong.

This is a scam. Do not use. Garhome does not reply to emails or phone calls. Luckily I wasn’t sent the payment link. So nothing was lost, apart from now having my personal information on their records. Prices are too good to be true. Avoid

Ordered a Cordless Strimmer and a Cordless Hedge Trimmer. Was advised they would send me a payment link next day. No payment link sent. Could not contact by phone. Luckily I had not sent any money. Close call. Why cant these sites be shut down.

Reported them to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau but unfortunately they cant do much about the scams this company are doing. Please report your dealings with this company who continue to take money from innocent people. Still waiting on "Order fulfillment" since July 2024. Guess it is never going to happen

I received on email confirming receipt, then nothing.
I eventually opened a dispute with my credit card company, and they refunded my money.
Clearly a scam.

Purchased under the store name Garhome didn’t find anything so thought it would be okay. How I was wrong!! No replies to my emails and phone number doesn’t connect seems I have been scammed. Luckily I paid through revolut so hopefully I’ll get my money back

100% TOTAL SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST. Ordered a Keter shed. Never arrived. No answer from seller. When I did get a status update, the product was still awaiting shipment. Luckily I paid using REVOLUT and contacted them and today got my full refund. If it looks and sounds too good then it's a scam. Stick to trusted online sellers even if it costs a few quid more.

Garhome is just a very professional looking website with no actual products. Fake addresses fake directors fake phone numbers. I imagine by the time you read this the website will have gone and reappeared as something else. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Placed my order and they wont reply to my emails and now the phone number is invalid.

I am just confirming what the other reviewers have said. I ordered an item and did not receive it. The company are not contactable. Unfortunately I read the reviews after ordering.

I couldn’t give 0 stars! This company came up as Garhome.co.uk when I googled a lawnmower that was nearly £100 cheaper than B&Q. I went to purchase but they sent me a link in an email to make the payment. This made me suspicious! The address seems genuine, Garhome Ltd is listed with companies house, set up Oct 23 with Tino Uvidic listed as director. The phone number is always engaged. They have different addresses for everything. I almost made the payment then my daughter reminded me to be extra careful. I checked on the reviews and thank you to everyone who has posted a review - not one satisfied customer. I’ll pay the extra at screwfix which is cheaper than B&Q. Not going to risk it!

Website is a complete scam stay away.

Site looks genuine apart from a chat link that is always off line. Payment method is suspect but I ignored red flags because of cheaper price. Once payment made no more contact from the supposed company. I managed to get my money back by acting promptly to dispute the payment. I was very lucky and will be much more careful next time.

I shoulda checked these reviews before diving right into a rip-off. (I always tell my old mum to check reviews, but I didn't myself, to my regret...)

SCAM WEBSITE! Found an item I wanted suspiciously cheap. Checked reviews on here so never progressed with the order.
