Disappointed
I have been a Garderobe customer for a long time . Great atmosphere and helpful friendly staff. Very nice and in good condition items. However I decide to consign my items with them and honestly very disappointed. So unprofessional. Took almost 2 months for one of my items to be post onInstagram. Another one was sold and I was never informed. One of the staff was texting me every single day for 2 weeks to reduce the price for an item and when I agree I was informed that will receive my payment after 45 days . Since then I never heard from them . I sent email and try to text the same staff member but never got response. So disappointed. It’s good to buy from them even though their prices recently increased but definitely Not selling/ consignment with Garderobe

missing parcel
Although very good customer service before the order placement, no reaction after placing the order. I ordered from Germany,?the parcel is missing although tracking (Emirates Post) shows mail was delivered to me two days ago. I still hope that someone will check it ASAP and get in touch with me.
Update: the Team contacted me and were very helpful! Thank you

The delivery guy seems to be confused…
The delivery guy seems to be confused with location when it's written in the package. Called me and asked again, a bit annoying cause he doesn't know Al Furjan. I asked to use google maps.
You need to change your courier service.
