The best place to shop luxury and sustainable!
I have been shopping in Garderobe for 10 years. The team is passionate and very professional. I highly recommend this place for all fashionistas!

Great first experience: I got two dresses and a pair of shorts; everything looks brand new and its very carefully packaged. I will surely buy again at the Garderobe.

Don’t trust the website offer

They are offering (Cash back) for Christmas.
After I bought a chanel bag , the customer service agent called and told me that DHL cost is higher during the holiday season, therefore we will pay them the extra charge from your cash back + they didn’t ship the item 7 days later .

So I am facing a delay on the delivery and not going to receive the cash back.

I am still waiting for their reply.

This is the last time I buy from them

They are not suitable for selling luxury items , the are unprofessional .

Not recommending them at all.

Quality collection of authentic pre-loved luxury goods, and to top it off the staff is extremely helpful and trustworthy!

-I ordered an Emilio Pucci shirt online. It was described as exactly that, with absolutely zero reference to any fundamental changes to the stitching and shape.

-When I went to pick it up, I realised it looked fake and did not have a label.
-The receptionist and then the manager denied it till they were blue in the face. I insisted they show it again to the authenticator.
-The manager came back out. This is what she said:
"The print part of the shirt is Pucci. But the panels in the side and at the bottom have been added by the last user" (non-Pucci, local tailor alteration - cheap cloth that completely changed the design).

That's like selling me a Chanel necklace and saying: These beads are real Chanel, these ones are from Satwa.

They refunded the money - then I got a call from the manager apologising but continuing to insist the product is still an Emilio Pucci shirt despite the cloth inserts, design change and no label. You can also see that in the response below . I wonder if any Pucci store would call it a genuine Pucci shirt with its newly added white side cloth panels and tacked on blue hem. What do you think?

Be careful of what you buy, make sure all parts of the product are by the claimed designer. Not just the front and the back of the shirt.

الموقع تمام ماعلي شي بس الشنطة كانت في عيوب لم توضح بالصور ولا يوجد تفاصيل والمشكلة ان المندوبة الي تتواصل معاي كانت ماتتكلم الا باللغة الانجليزية ولم احصل على مرادي والامور المتعلقة بمواصفات الشنطة غير واضحة وياليت يتم ترجمة الموقع باللغتين وبالذات بما يتعلق بعيوب ومواصفات السلعة

Amazing service and very fast responding stuff ! It got shipped to me to Saudi Arabia in less than five days I definitely would use it again everything on their website is priced at reasonable and amazing prices that would suit everyone I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

It was disappointed, because I already asked u of the item is still available and u have confirmed me “yes”
But after I did my shopping online , u easily called me after one day saying sorry it is sold out . Ohhhhh my God 🤬.. why ( I was so happy I got the watch )

the filipina lady was kind enough to let me in to pick up my purchase even though it was past 8pm ... i guess the bag that i bought should have been a little cheaper
