Product and service excellent all round

The time taken between making my order and delivery was less than seven days. The sofa is lovely, fits nicely in my living room and very comfortable indeed. The price is highly competitive and well worth the money. The delivery drivers were very courteous and polite. I will be happy to purchase from Furniture Online in the future.

A good service

A good service, especially as I had to ask you to contact the delivery company you chose to deliver my furniture, as they had my phone number incorrect and had proven to be difficult to contact. I might have given you the full five stars but I'm afraid the delivery company's failures has affected my overall expectations and made the whole experience a rather disappointing one. Unfortunately they received one star and their performance affects your overall rating also.

Great service and great recliners . Very pleased

Ordered two recliners after extensive research on other on line suppliers . The system was seamless from start to finish , easy ordering, perfect delivery advised all the way although I think the delivery company ringing me a 7.30 in the morning to advise of a delivery the following day was a bit much. On assembly I had a slight problem which James and Monica in the customer service team dealt with without any fuss. I’m very happy with my purchase .

I haven’t received my bed yet!!

I haven’t received my bed yet!!! Ordered it on April 8th…
Your courier is hopeless - 45 minute wait to speak to a person and even then they couldn’t give me a delivery date as the only do their schedule once a week!!
