Ordered the Evercade back in March as I'm an avid retro gamer. Yes there were delays but communication was excellent from the retailer so you didn't mind so much.
I ordered the 'all in' bundle containing the console, case, limited edition coin and all 10 cartridges currently available. Have to say the build quality is brilliant, the screen is really crisp and vibrant and the D-pad is to die for.
Just ordered a mini HDMI cable (the Evercade doesn't come with one) so I can play it on my 4K TV so looking forward to how that upscales to the large screen.
Overall absolutely stoked with the product, the price is an absolute steal and the games cartridges very affordable too.

Evercade Premium Edition
Order the Evercade Premium Edition, which I received yesterday. Despite a few delays communication was transparent and open and launching a new console during these challenging times would be a tough hill to climb for any company. Very excited about the forthcoming cartridges and all the other stuff that's been announced!

Excellent service
Ordered an all-in Evercade pack. Despite the issues of the coronavirus they kept the community informed about moving release dates and handled everything very professionally. My Evercade arrived within the release window provided, excellently packaged. Will be using their services again in the future, especially for more Evercade cartridges!

Fantastic Service In Current Conditions!
I decided to pick up my Evercade from Funstock due to their all-in package, despite it also being available at other shops online. Well, it turned out to be a fantastic decision! My Evercade came within the expected release window, especially with everything going on in the world at the minute - very impressed! Also love the collectable coin!

dismal experience so far, ive used funstock before. There handling of the Evercade launch has been terrible. and the excuse of covid does not gel. as other companies have coped extremely well. WILL NOT be ordering from them again

Firstly I'd like to wish you well and I hope you are staying safe and well during this global pandemic.
Thank you for your review. It's dissapointing to see this obviously - it's more dissapointing that we can't see your reviews from previous orders with us? - we have to assume you were happy with them as you have obviously come straight online when something was wrong.
We are operating within a global pandemic. We're not sure what other companies you are referencing, but we have delivered orders faster than most of the leading online retailers for this product. Some still haven't completed their order fulfilment. So overall, while we would have loved to have been faster, we are happy with the outcome.
We have sent regular emails, social media and worked with the manufacturer of this product to communicate on their emails and social media too. We're not sure how we could have handled this release better, within the government guidelines we are working to. We would have obviously loved to have delivered this faster, but without that as an option, we feel we did everything we could in our power to at least keep you informed. Some retailers you mention may have larger warehouses that permits more staff within social distancing measures - but we are doing the best we can do within the government guidelines.
You will also have been welcome to a no questions asked refund at any point during your order. This applies to all customers. So the fact you've obviously got to the stage where you feel we have delivered a 1* service, before asking for a refund is also dissapointing.
We hope that your past experiences with us, when were able to operate 'business as usual', would hopefully make you consider buying from us in the future, once the global pandemic is over.

Modern device, retro games, finally something worth the time and money.
Retro games lovingly brought together on a very decent modern handheld console. This is my thing, I love old games, and i miss the days of inserting a cart to play a game! Well, for very little money we can all have it and i am absolutely loving my Evercade!
The device feels premium, nice and solid and the buttons all feel real nice, no cheap wobbly ABXY and nice click shoulder buttons and the D pad is surprisingly very very good! Fantastic screen, which is also a really good size for these types of game, and the speakers have a pretty good volume too. Love the placement of the various buttons and ports, you can see and feel the thought that has gone into this device.
The carts are really cool, nice solid plastic with cool stickers on and the case is great, really nice and collectable but the manual inside is a real nice touch and thumbing through them has brought a big smile to my face.
Absolutely fantastic device for the money, well worth it and I love the cart idea, not too many games on them but enough to keep you entertained for a very long time, its not like these games have gone out of date is it?!
The whole process has been really good, Funstock have done a great job of keeping me informed and receipt of the device was very quick and with zero problems.
Evercade have done an outstanding job with this device, i cant believe how good it is for the money. I've been buying handhelds now for many many years and this sits proudly next to my Switch and is a real contender for play ability. Get one, you wont regret it :)
