Recently bought Evercade bundle, the only button that works on the games is A and B. Send an emailed to Evercade Support, the respond was the system might be faulty.. Didn’t ask to send back for repair whatsoever.. so I emailed to Funstock hope they can do something about it... The respond was they will contact Evercade company to fix this issue. It like beating around the bushes.. This bundle is not cheap, cost me £179. I’m not going to pay shipping fee to send it for repair. Hope they can do better than pushing the responsibility to one another..

I've used these guys for years. Deliveries are usually rapid and their customer service is excellent.

Evercade is a must-have for any fan of retro gaming. The handheld looks great and is comfortable to play. My order was handled quickly and with excellent communication. Cheers guys!

I couldn't find the Evercade All In Edition for sale in the United States, so I ordered from Funstock.com instead. I was a little hesitant because it was the first time I've ordered something from another country. I have to say, the experience was top-notch. I was in contact with Funstock customer service throughout my purchase and shipping, and they happily accommodated any requests I had and answered any questions without hesitation. I'm very happy with my experience with Funstock.com and I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

I preordered an evercade from funstock back in may. Despite the delays, I had a very satisfactory experience with Funstock. The product arrived in excellent packaging and despite the distance it traveled, I also had everything that I paid for included. The company itself has been very positive and fun to work with, so I see myself making more purchases from them in the future.

Just received the Evercade today and have to say this is a most excellent device! The quality far exceeds my expectations, the D-Pad is just fantastic. Sound quality is great for the size of device. The screen is beautiful, overall im super impressed and am really enjoying this awesome little device, cant wait to expand my game library for it.

Nothing but good experiences from Funstock. I have ordered a bunch of items over the years including the Retron 5 and the Evercade and all orders have gone swimmingly. Even got a free Evercade coin with my order (I know everyone did but I like to think I'm special) :)

Received an Evercade console as a gift earlier this week. First impressions were good for the most part but on closer inspection i was quite disappointed with the build quality. Screen gaps allowing for dust to settle is not something i was expecting for such an expensive item. I was debating whether to leave a review on Funstock but after seeing a couple of recent negative reviews get removed, for people giving their opinion, it made me want to leave one on a neutral site.
Suppressing peoples neutral or negative opinions on your site to convince people a product is perfect in order to drive sales, or demanding that someone with a negative review (on this site) never buys from them again, is concerning, and amateurish. Not something im going to risk in the future.

Always been good. Had a handful of issues in the past and they always resolved them with no problem. Got my Evercade from here and it was perfect - great communication and regular updates.

So they sent me a mangled box with a scratched up evercade. Then when I call them out on twitter they call me a liar then block me. Then after filing a damaged claim through paypal I have to ship it international on my dime THEN I'll get a refund. That is absolutely horrible customer service. Any other retailer would send me a postage paid sticker to send back and either offer a replacement or a refund. Shipping it back would be 100 or more with the weight and distance and I only paid 205. Plus they could easily say they never received it and I'm out my original money, shipping costs and my evercade. Never buying anything like this international again. I had to have those stupid namco carts. Lesson learned and buyer beware.

Edit:I posted picture evidence of your horrible shipping practices and you called me a liar then blocked me. You sent me a squashed box and a scratched up evercade then have the gaul to say I'm vile!?!? And evercades discord has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with you. Oh wait yes it does BECAUSE YOU ARE THE SAME COMPANY. Don't worry you will never see another cent of my money for anything. I will gladly take my business to Amazon where they treat their customers with respect. Good luck trying to block me from buying your products there.

Edit 2:Also be aware they deleted ALL my reddit posts informing people of their shady practices. They are absolute cowards.

Edit 3: It has come to my attention that Funstock is trying to defame my character by posting lies and half truths. The "sickening comments" and "threats" did not even take place in the evercade discord. It was a private conversation between myself and another user from another server on a private server not affiliated with Evercade or funstock. This individual insulted my wife and he stole pictures off my featured section on a private Facebook inciting me to insult his daughters. It was wrong and I'm sorry but he cherrypicked screenshots to send to the evercade/funstock mod leaving those points conveniently out. Of course they are not going to tell you this because it does not fit their narrative and their character assassination of me. Also the insults to their staff happened AFTER they called me a liar on twitter for providing picture evidence of the mangled box and scratched up evercade then blocked me before I could defend myself. I am in no way shape or form toxic and I did not do anything to anyone on the actual evercade discord. They banned me because they did not like my criticism of how they handled the dizzy cart announcement then banned my alt which I know is against TOS after the individual lied and cherrypicked screenshots to send to them. They are deleting reviews on the funstock website and they are deleting posts on the evercade subbreddit that are negative this is the absolute truth. Do not do business with them you will regret it immensely. I know i do.

I plan on ordering more stuff from them. They are fast, and very responsive. They shipped my package not to long after I ordered it. I recommend Funstock

Ordered an evercade "all in" bundle from them. Arrived a little later than originally expected but their communication throughout was top notch and it's clear their team worked flat out to get the orders all processed as quickly as they could, no easy task I'm sure under current circumstances.

Arrived today without issue, everything I'd ordered is here and all well packaged. Great work and great service. I'll definitely be back to order more from them in the future.

I used fun stock games for the first time resently & have been nothing short of amazed by my experience. Considering there was a pandemic to deal with in these challenging times fun stock continuely kept me in the loop with regular emails. All my products 13 in total arrived well packed & as described. Based on this experience I will only be using fun stock games going forward for all my evercade future purchases. Thank you funstock it really mean a lot to know you have such a great team behind you.

I buy gaming stuff at funstock since 2013 now and they always have great customer service. As i live in germany the only downside for me is that they deliver here with GLS not DHL, which isn’t the best option for me. Other than this:

Handled the launch of the Evercade incredibly poorly, made promises that where never kept and the item finally arrived weeks after it was meant to. When it did finally arrive everything was just chucked in a box any old how and with a bit of brown paper in the top of the box, i opened it and found all the games just scattered about all over the place, no care went into it. Obviously because they were so behind they cut corners to make things happen quicker which resulted in poorly packaged items. Shame.

So just to edit for the below.

You mention amazon.com in every single post you do. Are you trying to compete with them? They are in an entirely different country so you mentioning them time and time again is pointless as they got there shipment a long time after you got yours.

I didn't expect gift wrap so that is a stupid comment. I just didn't expect to open the parcel and see the games all over the place with the only protection being a bit of brown paper that didn't fill the box. Which meant all the games and the console were free to move about as they saw fit. If you know anything can happen in transit why do you stick the label on the side of the box so that when things do get delivered they are delivered the wrong way up.

Edit 2: - Just to confirm how shaddy of a company this is, it seems Evercade and Funstock are owned by the same parent group - I left two reviews on their website for the evercade and the piko game and both have been deleted, they are deleting reviews that are not positive, it is incredibly shaddy and shocking behaviour - everyone should steer clear of Blaze, Evercade and Funstock

Excellent company offering a complete product in the ‘Evercade’ all in package! Evercade is an absolute beaut of a console. The handheld is so comfortable to hold and is a perfect weight in hand too! The controls are very responsive and takes you right back to your retro gaming days!

The amount of quality games released at launch is outstanding! Great companies from back in the day re-releasing their collections on this brilliant system!

Thank you Evercade for the nostalgia, you’ve taken me right back and it’s great to be experiencing them all again! 10/10!!!!!

Pre-ordered the Evercade from Fuckstock and I must I'm very impressed with the service I received. They made sure I was kept well informed when the console was delayed and when the console finally arrived it was incredibly well packaged. I'll definitely be buying all my Evercade products from Funstock

The Evercade itself is a superb device and a must have for any fan of retro gaming. It's well built, looks great and it comfortable to hold. The game selection is incredible and each one even comes with a manual in the ultimate throwback to the Golden Age of gaming. Evercade have genuine understanding of what retro gamers want. Outstanding work from all involved.
