Always good service and fast delivery. Good value prices. Had an issue with a cartridge twice in 4 year period. Both times they replied to email within 1 business hour and replacement sent out fast no quibble. Very good company to deal with. Highly recommended.

I bought Drum unit from Cartridge People and when I replaced the drum unit, there was an error of Drum unit. I called and Gemma answered the phone and she advised me to send the error screen shot from the machine. Within half hour she respond with the solution and the resolved the issue. She was brilliant

I ordered printer ink yesterday 14/4/2026 and in doing so, I was obliged to create a personal account with Cartridge People. The account included adding my home Landline number, as well as my mobile No -because it refused to accept my account otherwise. The ink was urgent so I reluctently added my landline number. By the way, I don't understand why they needed any phone number, let alone insisting on land and mobile numbers. Note:- I have a new temporary phone number that I haven't given out to anyone else.
This morning at 10:35am I got a call on the landline asking in a Welsh accent, if I want travel insurance. I was very surprised to get a call on my landline and surprised that I was being asked about travel insurance. So, I said 'why do I want travel insurance'? The Welshman replied: "I was given your number to see if you want travel insurance, I didn't say you need it, now F*** O*F" He then slammed the phone down. So, apparently, Cartridge People keep their costs down by selling our PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PHONE NUMBERS or else they have a 'LEAK' in their company!!!! The ink -when it arrives may be ok, but that's not the point. Update: the Cartridge People say they don't give away customers information -as expected. Furthermore, I have since traced the number using 1471 and called it back (+447804470664) at 20:12 today, but again, the Welshman slammed the phone down when I asked how he got my number. Conclusion. The Cartridge People need to investigate themselves and in the meantime people wanting ink should somehow avoid giving out their information -such as phone numbers -if that is possible but still order the ink -IF they want to risk it!

Customer service have been great with an issue I had not being able to access a return label. All sorted now and would be happy to use the company again. Thank you 👍

i had a problem making an order from a refund which was something i had not experienced before.
I phoned for help and Louise sorted me out very proffessionly and patiently and could not thank her enough.

My Lexmark printer did not easily accept the Cartridge People's own brand inks. I have dealt with a number of people and latterly Phil. All the staff have worked diligently to resolve the problem. I continue to use the Cartridge People.

My returns procedure (I ordered the wrong printer) was swiftly dealt with via emails.

We ordered brand name cartridges and were happy to be offered Cartridge People's own brand of cartridges for a bit less cost. While the cartridges were not ideal for our specific printer, our request for a full refund was dealt with quickly and kindly by the one-and-only George.

Have been a customer with Cartridge People for a few years now. When I have any issue it is a pleasure dealing with the customer service there is no nonsense they help you resolve the issue. I this case I received a new ink cartridge the next day.

The Cartridge People have always been most helpful over the years I have used them and very knowledgeable Phill who took my order to day was extremely helpful, patient and very polite I would highly recommend Cartridge People.

The original delivery was swift, as advised, so excellent.
However, I had an issue with the goods, and spoke via email and in person, with PHIL in customer Service, who not only offered advise, but untimately, resolved
the problem very quickly, and with minimal hassle for me.

I have used Cartridge People's compatable ink cartridges for some time-very good quality.I recently had a printer problem which highlighted a cartridge fault. I contacted Cartridge People/George about the issue. I received a reply on Bank Holiday Monday ! The cause of the fault was a defective cartidge. George acknowledged the problem immediately and sent a replacement cartridge. Excellent customer service.
