Excellent customer service after a huge problem with google autofill populating a random postcode during purchase for an office building in London, funstock kept in touch and did everything possible to redirect the parcel while royal mail made it as difficult as possible, ive since purchased the rest of my cart collection from them and only need another 17 for a full set which will be bought through fuinstock aswel since you dont know if a company has good customer service until things go wrong and they proved that they do indeed do their best to fix things even if it wasnt their fault thank you.

ripped me off for 40 quid pre ordered back in September now December and no carts sent multiple tickets and email but they don't answer back if you want to keep your money avoid these thieves

Ordered an Evercade game that was out of stock everywhere else, arrived well packaged and sealed within 2 days. Great!

Absolutely outstanding customer service, all of my evercade and super pockets are from them, delivered on time and with an amazing support to follow. Had my address change before delivery and they were proactive about it. Thank you again, guys!

I love this company. I live in Australia and these guys have delivered there products to me consistently in amazingly fast time, faster than local Australian retailers and the products are shipped in safe and secure packaging every time which protects these cartridges so well as they are quite fragile. Also when it comes to returns or faulties, they deal with the matter straight away, and they recently sent me a replacement faster than a new order from another supplier. These guys are just so helpful, so good at what they do, and I cannot thank them enough for there amazing service. Keep doing what your doing, it is super appreciated.

Excellent customer service.

I ordered from them seveal times. First, the shipping is first class: parcels can arrive in two or three days on continental Europe, it's that fast.

Second, they have an excellent email support communication staff, and when I received a defective product they sent a replacement very quickly. Top notch!

Do NOT use this company. They sent me something with a huge hole in the box, which has damaged to the £250 item inside clearly visible, and initially refused to replace because they thought only the packaging was damaged, and are now ignoring my emails as I'd rather have a refund. You can buy almost everything they sell from other suppliers and I urge you at all costs to KEEP AWAY as they will ignore you in the same way.

I recently ordered the Evercade Tomb Raider collection but when I got it the game wouldn't save. I was slightly dreading having to deal with their customer support but it was a total breeze. Really friendly, very responsive and when their suggestions didn't work, they quickly sent me out a new copy (which worked!). Thanks!

I've had nothing but good experiences with them. My Evercade Exp that I had for over a year and a half had an issue, I contacted customer support. They were quick to repond, and sent me a new one! Didn't even have to return the faulty one. Friendly too. Highly recommended!

I've always had a really nice experience when buying through them. Only had to contact them once but not because of any issue with my order and they answered right on the next day. Can't complain about customer service at all.

I came to Funstock after a recommendation from another Evercade user, having been stitched up by Offer Games. I’ve placed 3 orders with Funstock and all have arrived with no problems or delays at all. Admittedly I haven’t had need to contact customer services, which seems to be an issue for other reviewers here, but I’m happy with the service I’ve received.

I ordered some evercade cartridges but they never arrived. I contacted Funstock several times but with no response. I told them that if I didn't receive a reply from them today then I would leave this review. They're obviously not bothered. Terrible customer service. No cartridges and no refund either!

après des premières expériences très mauvaises avec le service client pas mail de Funstock UK (réponse ne répondant à la question et qui mettait tellement de temps à arriver que l'on fini par se lasser) j'ai eu l'occasion de tester leur service Client x - twitter. Celui a essayé de me renvoyer au support (bien que pourtant qu'ici certains clients mécontents ont été envoyé vers le DM Twitter par Funstock pour une problème de commande). au moins j'ai eu des réponses rapide, enfin dans un premier temps puisqu'après avoir démontré copie d'écran à l'appui que ce qu'il me disait était faux, je n'ai plus eu de réponse. Bref je n'ai toujours pas pu passer une commande que je veux passer depuis des mois chez eux et je ne pourrais sans doute jamais la passer avec eux. vraiment déçu et consterné

after very bad first experiences with Funstock UK's email customer service (response that didn't answer the question and took so long to arrive that we eventually got tired of it) I had the opportunity to test their service Customer x - twitter. He tried to refer me to support (although here some unhappy customers were sent to the Twitter DM by Funstock for an order problem). at least I got quick answers, well at first since after having demonstrated with a screenshot that what he was telling me was false, I no longer got a response. In short, I still haven't been able to place an order that I've wanted for months with them and I would probably never be able to place it with such customer service. really disappointed and dismayed

Placed an order, never received. Took the better part of a month of communication to seek a resolution. No resolution reached; without inquiring, Funstock supposedly sent a replacement, which has not been received either.

Ordered Evercade Indie Heros 1 and 2 double pack in Feb, 2023, turns out giving me Heros 2 only. After back and forth email communication for over a month. (Extremely Slow response) Tons of excuses refusing sending me back the missing game or refund. I give up talking to them and lesson learnt. Don't even try buying anything from them.
