I wasn’t sure whether to order from this website as I didn’t see many reviews here but I did and it was a really good experience. Received my order within 2 days and no issues whatsoever. Very good price and happy with the product. Keep up the good job!

The product we received from FFD was badly damaged as if it had literally been dropped off the back of a lorry. There had been an effort wipe it clean with an oily rag, as if it had been ex-display prior to that. Our mistake was not to unwrap the item the day we received it.. instead we waited to unwrap it as we needed to install it into a new bar unit. The company were indignant of the damage and refused to rectify the problem. Whilst they could argue the damage was not done on their watch, the state of the product inside was dreadful, and was clearly not new (as advertised). In our view this company is more concerned with making a quick buck, than delivering good service. AVOID.

Ordered some glasses and unfortunately one was broken upon arrival. Called them and got through straight away which is unheard of! Chap on the phone was really helpful and arranged one to be sent out. Arrived the next day. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended and will be purchasing from them again

My hotpoint freezer malfunctioned 1 month into virus lockdown and hotpoint were unable to help me at all.

On short notice i contacted FFD and asked if they had anything for next day delivery and they managed to get my a large chest freezer out for next day delivery. Luckily my food was still frozen from my hotpoint freezer and so FFD saved me about £1000's worth of food with the quick delivery.

I purchased an Elstar undercounter bottle cooler in December. Delivery was quick and efficient, especially after me correcting the error I made whilst ordering. A fortnight ago the fridge stopped chilling to the required temperature. I reported the problem and within 3 days an engineer came and identified there was a gas leak in the system. He ordered the parts which were delivered 2 days later and 48 hours later an engineer arrived to fit them. This was all done under the warranty on the unit.
I am extremely happy with the service I've had from this company and very impressed with the way they have sorted out the problem.

Decided to downsize and thereby the delivery
might be charged , not that this was an issue .. Couldn’t have been more helpful In all aspects .

Very helpful, would definitely use again

I wanted to leave this review based on reading some others here which seem quite the opposite to my experience.

I initially placed an order with 24/7 catering supppies and after speaking with Tony in sales discovered they also sell refrigerators. A few days later I placed another order with FFD and I can honestly say that on both occasions they could not help me enough. Excellent staff and prices !

From the start to the very end of my interaction, I found them informative, helpful and customer orientated! Was my first experience with Fridge Freezer and will be using again going forward!
