Been with Freshmove for almost a year - we are pleased with their overall service; as a personal preference we would have liked a 'hard copy' inventory instead of a video but realise electronic records are the order of the day!!

Highly recommended
Being a relatively new landlord I was looking for a company that would help and advise me along the way. I have that in Freshmove. Being a local company im dealing with staff I have met rather than some faceless voice at the end of the phone from a national company. Knowledgeable staff that are happy to answer any questions or queries i have at any time. I have and will continue to recommend Freshmove to other landlords and friends.

Great service
FreshMove has helped us initially with tenant find service and then with full management of our property. They have also helped advice on legal matters and sorted out the tenant deposit dispute that unfortunately occurred taking out all the stress of handling this situation.

Excellent rental agency in Torquay
This agency are proactive and honest in their search for a good tenant for my property. They review the property and ensure it is in good condition for tenants. Their communication and swift response to any issue is second to none. I would highly recommend them.
