Processed the application reasonably quickly. Specific about what documents required. Only issues were delays around valuation because of the Christmas & New Year period. Offer issued and client satisfied.

Documents required should be listed at the outset
not by following NINE e.mails asking 9 additional
documents 9 additional questions during 12 weeks
AND
one case handled and passed on to several underwriter
EACH asking different questions and demanding additional DOCUMENTS,

Common sense approach
Offers received on a remortgage and purchase. A common sense approach. Doing business with Foundation is easier due to having the amazing Fiona Robertson as my BDM.

Foundation Home Loans_ Common sense lending
Foundation Home Loans have a common sense approach to lending, and you can speak to them on the phone. Much better than the average high street lender. Their underwriters called to discuss any points that needed addressing.

SLOW FRUSTRATING PROCESS - 5 working day turnarounds for small elementary matters results in the application taking a long and frustrating journey. Thankfully the end result with my recent cases have been positive - but the process needs to speed up.

I applied for a remortgage but I'm feeling let down and disappointed
I applied for a remortgage with Foundation Home Loans and, after more than 8 weeks of back-and-forth, the process is still ongoing without a resolution. Every time I provided what they asked for, new questions and concerns arose, dragging the process on unnecessarily.
I have faced significant financial challenges during this time, and the stress caused by their inefficiency has been overwhelming.
What started as a straightforward remortgage has become a highly frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. Their lack of communication and inability to provide a clear timeline or reason for the delays has left me feeling let down and disappointed.
I’m now considering pulling out of this process altogether and would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with Foundation Home Loans. If you value your time, peace of mind, and financial stability, stay away from this lender!
