I ordered something that went out of stock shortly after I ordered and I immediately emailed them to notify them to cancel the order. They would not respond for days until I sent a message claiming I would go to PayPal to open a dispute. They notified me that they would get in touch with the India branch to cancel the order but it’s been two days and they haven’t cancelled it. Overall their communication is horrible.

Excellent experience. For some reason my package could not be delivered due to size, but customer support was extremely quick to respond and they arranged an alternative pickup with the courier. Outbound shipping was quick and without any issues. Will definitely use again if the opportunity arrises

Communication needs to improve tremendously. Shipping is very very slow. If you need to purchase something, do it at least a month in advance. If not more!! The item I received was dirty and old looking despite being advertised as "new".

Ordered from Canada. Service was easy and fast. Items arrived securely packaged and labelled fragile which I appreciate. The only downside was that I did not have any alternative options for shipping. Only one option for shipping and slightly expensive.

First time trying this service. If I ship the item myself, it is cheaper (about $12 less delivery cost) but takes up more time and effort as I have to handle the courier myself. So using this service saves time and effort. And their delivery partners are reliable with tracking and quicker shipping done. I will engage this service again as it is more efficient.
