Never respond to emails even after following up with them multiple times. Charged me excessive shipping costs for a 1 kg item, leading to shipping costs exceeding the original price. Will never use their service and will only choose them if I was truly desperate for the item I was hoping to buy and could not find it anywhere else.

ForwardBuy Unresponsive
ForwardBuy issued an incorrect invoice that caused the package to be undeliverable by FedEx and has not responded to emails asking for a corrected invoice for several days (despite their claim to 24-hour customer support and responding to tickets within 24 hours). The package will have to be returned to them and I will have to reverse charges, and it has all been a huge waste of time.

Bad communication
It's been a week since I placed an order and fully paid.
It seems to be stuck with the seller.
I can wait but communication with ForwardBuy is bad and frustrating.
I get no responses from emails and there are no updates on my order after me asking them three days in a row.
These are important items.
Again, I can wait but I just wanna know how long it can take. If it'll take three weeks (or idk how long), at least I'd be able to make alternative solutions (such as buy from somewhere else, cancel, etc) according to the time period.
But alas, no response.

Finally doing my (1st) buy internationally with a (partner) provider & having AWFUL [now carrier returning the package] shipping issues & didn't even got an answer or reimbursement.

COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE. IVE SENT EMAIL AND YET TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE. THE ITEM SOLD AND I DONT KNOW IF THEY MADE THE PURCHASE OR NOT AND I DONT WANT TO REACH OUT TO PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK JUST INCASE THEY WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE THE ITEM. I NEED YOU GUYS TO REACH OUT TO ME.

I was kind of iffy, but after doing my research I decided to take the risk. And finally my product is here. I was really impressed with how fast they replied to my emails and how my package once at their warehouse, took only 3 days to get to me, from across the world mind you. Wow! Will use them again if the situation arises.
