I have used their service twice. Great experience the first time, but had an issue with the second hand seller the second time and the way it was handled turned it into a regrettable experience. There was little to no intention of correcting the issue which defeated the purpose of me choosing to use a personal buyer. To update, the issue was never resolved in the end.

My messages were then not responded to for over a month after several attempts of contact. I would rather pay the premium for my goods instead of returning again.

Really good experience. I requested items from Carousell HK and had them shipped to the USA. While the overall start-to-end time was a bit long (slightly less than two months), the team remained communicative and transparent, and I am sure at least some of that time was out of their control with the recent holidays and individual sellers needing to ship. They even went as far as double-checking whether or not to buy an expensive item because it was found to be missing a piece. Would recommend.
