Flushking Recensioni

Prompt delivery item worked what more can you say!

Great product, easy to fit. You tube video f fitting very good. Great value. Prompt delivery.

Should have bought repair pack 6 - repair pack 5 does not give enough fill adjustment for our cistern. Also the flush lever is designed for a square hole not a round one.

1st class product video how fit helpful well done delivery asper time scale given would recommend to others

Only one delivery option available which is meant to be next day.

Did not receive the product the next day and informed it would be the day after.

Product did not turn up and found out that it had been delivered to wrong address. It had been sent to an inaccurate version of my billing address. Correct address had been entered by me as it is correct on my invoice.

Called helpline and was told it was not Flushking's fault (delivery company blamed flushking). I didn't care who's fault it was, just wanted it sorted. Unhelpful adviser. So I asked for refund and used a different brand.

Price was good! Delivery blisteringly fast!
No problem!

Spot on. Easy to fit. Sorted my overflow issue.

They go extra to get the right product to you

I ordered a flush valve and a fill valve at 1130 on Wed 11 Oct and paid £4.50 for next day delivery. Took time from work because poarcel was to sign for and I needed to get the toilet working again asap. I was promised a predicted delivery time by text but nothing received. Emailed Flushking twice on Thursday pm but no response. Phone on Friday morning to be told that the parts would be delivered Friday pm. When they arrived the delivery info on the label showed that they were bot posted from Flushking until 1530 on Thursday pm, following their receipt of my email! No communication from them and no apology when I telephoned on Friday morning. Very poor service! This must happen regularly because they prominently display a disclaimer regarding the next day delivery.
I recommend anyone to avoid on-line ordering from this disfunctional and unapologetic firm - I have been reliably informed that B&Q sell their products and at a lower price. Be warned!

Brilliant product, would use this company again.

Very good - great customer service !

Excellent part, this is a brilliant upgrade for any old loo that wants to become a posh lavatory!
A gentle touch and a super flush every time!
Thank you Flushking!

No problems, answered questions via email quickly. Product arrived quickly and looks good.
Just be aware that if buying the lever flush (not button) the short flush is down if the level is pointing to the right, which is different to the pictures on their website. Otherwise all good.

Much more complete fitting/operation instructions would have been helpful.
I ended up cleaning the existing one of calcium deposits and it now works fine.
Yours is now on the shelf in case of future need

Excellent product - simple installation instructions as provided by video.

Saved £55 on Plumber cost.

Only negative is expensive shipping - next day being the only option.

Bought the flush and fill valve combi pack which were good quality, far cheaper than alternative products available online and represent excellent value. However, I also bought the 2" converter, which I needed for my cistern, but the gasket provided in the combi pack does not fit a 2" outflow - which meant that I still had to buy more parts, so it took another few days and a trip to B&Q to get my leak fixed. Please sell the gasket on your website, and provide the converter.

no hassle, prompt delivery as promised

Having watched numerous videos on what was required and what to do I ordered the parts which came as quickly as promised.
The fitting of the Inlet valve and outlet valve was very quick as expected, however a problem occurred when fitting the new closed couple kit, without knowing it until the toilet was put back together and full of water, testing the first half flush I was covered with water as the replacement doughnut didn't make a complete seal. The seal was more oval rather than round. As a suggestion that there is a couple of different sizes also in the pack so you get the best fit.
I had to go and by a new one from WIckes and once fitted it all worked perfectly well.
Very quick fill and very easy to adjust the amount of water that is flushed on the half and full flush.
I would have given 5 stars if not for the doughnut issue, I have very little experience with toilet plumbing and would highly recommend this product for use with people like myself.

Replacement parts easily fitted after watching the excellent instruction videos on Flushking website.
