Flushking Recensioni

Did not buy the product went elsewhere as I went to collect from Colindale branch only to find it had moved months before to Park Royal. Sort you website out. Appalling - I will be noting this on all the reviewing websites.

Easy to fit, great instructions and YouTube video really helpful for a complete novice like me. I fixed my toilet and I'm chuffed to bits!

Excellent experience with these guys. I needed some replacement rods due to my cistern being an odd size. They sent me new ones within 48 hours. Customer Service was fantastic and the lady I spoke to was so helpful. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!!

Excellent customer service, quick delivery.

Very simple flush systems. Didn't use the brass inlet and have fitted three complete repair kits without issue. Only gripe would be that for a full repair you need to change the coupling kit and seal between cistern and pan really so make sure you buy that seperately. Takes up minimal room and good adjusters.. what's not to like.

I have only given 3 stars because of their next day postage scam. It would have been better charge the ordinary postage even if it is the same.
Amazon they are not.

Easy to order, good communication Item easy to fit and works a treat.

Easy to install and nice feature to move from lever flush to push button. So far works really well.

Disappointed - The product is perfect but I paid for 'Next Day' Delivery and it took 5 days to reach me!

Very speedy delivery but why is expensive next-day courier delivery compulsory? Not everyone is in a dreadful hurry.
The website wasn't clear enough for a novice buyer. As a result I bought the wrong part, I needed an adjustable height fill valve but bought a fixed height one by mistake. It's my fault because it is in the description, but the fact I still bought the wrong one implies that it needs to be clearer. I thought I was getting the one in the YouTube video.
Finally, the fixed height 8inch fill valve is REALLY noisy in operation. I'm surprised my neighbours haven't complained. I'm going to have to buy another and do the job again. Not a great experience.

Parts required for repair arrived in good time. Very satisfied with Flushking repair pack

Parts arrived on time as promise. Very to install

Ordered the valve on a Friday morning and it arrived 2.00 o'clock Monday pm. The product was as described, well packaged and in good condition, unfortunately when examining the push button mechanism I discovered that it protrudes forward from the front of the cistern by about 1.5 inches which would have prevented the toilet seat and lid from staying upright. It's a pity the button can't reconfigured so that the bulky part of the mechanism fits on the inside of the cistern. It would probably look neater too!

Good quality product, delivered quickly. Although the kit is supposed to fit almost any cistern, it was not the easiest to fit my 40 year old one. The repair kit did not include a plate for holding the clamp bolts, so had to use the old (rusty) one. Managed to get it all sealed and working.

Products arrived quickly and well packaged. I can't comment yet on quality, but they seem to be as good as, if not better than, the old kit that this has replaced.

The products arrived promptly and when I figured out how to fit the dual flush PROPERLY they both work well.

Their YouTube video showed which product to buy and how to install it, and gave me the confidence to attempt the repair by myself. The product also seems high quality and was easy to install.

Good communication before purchase and answered all my queries. Order was duplicated but I wasn't charged twice and told me to keep the second one as a spare! Haven't installed the product yet, but very quick resolution, would recommend.

Products were fine but promised next day delivery with one hour delivery slot didn't happen and no explanation or apology given.
