Poor service and products

Purchased a side entry valve which did not fit and after a few telephone calls no resolution was reached and they have ignored my emails requesting a refund. Terrible service and customer satisfaction poor. I would not recommend them.

Fast delivery and easy to fit

Fast delivery and easy to fit, got the lever operated dual flush valve and side entry fill valve, well made, quiet and a bit of a bargain to be honest for the low price. Couldn't recommend enough.

Flush King

Following the video makes it easy to install, works very well for half flush or full flush. Now intend to fit one to second toilet. Only a 4 star at this point as need to see how it continues to perform.

Just an update from my previous review

Just an update from my previous review, the company changed the lever type flush for the push button type flush, a major improvement, I would suggest they stop selling the lever type system, the lever return spring seems too weak for the intended purpose.

Paid full price for used item

Product was fine for what we needed - would have been 5 stars if the box wasn't torn and tatty, and there was something brown in the thread of the new flush - when you pay full price you expect to get a new product, not one that has obviously been returned by another customer. Very disappointed, would expect returns to be checked and reduced in price if there are signs that the product has already been used.

FlushKing cistern valve.

Your products are brilliant. However!
I paid for next day delivery & when I telephoned late in the afternoon I was told delivery would be the next day & my postage would refunded, which is yet to happen. Also!
I requested if we were out to leave the package at the rear of the house, it was left with a neighbour who I did not want it left with. So, product great, service not so good.
