I ordered an item that proved unsuitable for my hair. Requested a return form , to be told to give the item a try, I would probably fall in love with it or I could gift it to a friend (!)
I asked again for a returns form. This time to be told I could only return to a warehouse in Asia (item was sent from UK address).
When questioned I was offered a 30% refund and the suggestion again to gift to a friend.

Giving more reliable information
First of all. I had no problem making out my order. Then I received a tracking number. Told me my product would be. Shipped to my address. In Kelowna on the following Friday, Then that’s as far as it went. Wouldn’t let track the number. I had no way of finding what else to. Then I sent a message by searching the website and was able. To find Natasha. She replied back quickly. She also apologized for the delay. Gave me a new tracking number. She said my parcel would be delivered on April 30th. Thank you Natasha. She was right on it. I so appreciate your help.

I was disappointed with a curling brush I purchased from this company and wanted to return for a refund but when I learned I had to ship it back to China I decided not to go this route. Erica helped me understand my options and then made it happen very quickly -I chose to accept 30% off what I paid. within a day I was notified of my refund! The Sftory of the brush when it arrived in January I…
When the brush arrived in January I could not get the charger plug to fit the brush. I contacted support staff and Erica asked me to take pictures of the problem. I looked around town to see if I could find a charging cord that would fit but in a small town like this one I could not find a cord- I reached out to Erica again and she arranged for another to be sent-as I ordered this in January as a gift for my daughter’s birthday in April. I had an email today saying it would be here on May 7th. This is great as she will be with me on May 8th.

When I first received my Numoya brush it was broken. The switch and cover wasn’t attached and could not be attached. I contacted customer support and John Nickerson answered my concerns. Numoya not for everyone
I gave the four stars for Leanne, the customer service rep. She helped me through the very confusing and misleading refund policy. Especially after having 3 before her! I'm sure your product works well for some people. However, it should not be recommended for those with thin hair. Also, your refund policy said nothing about being a partial one.

Does not work as described
Go Pro brush first not work on my wavy, thin hair that is short. I watched the videos and it seems they promote buying their hair products for better results. Returning is a joke because the customer would pay for shipping that includes an international tracking system. I have had 3 different agents try to "help" me, one asking for photos and a detailed report. The photo advertising what I bought showed the case but that was not part of the promotional deal (I should have read the fine details).
Totally dissatisfied with the product and customer service.
Refund discrepancy
I had a discrepancy with a refund that showed on my credit card as another charge and not a credit. Aaron Bradley provided me with the transaction showing a refund and my bank reviewed it and found out that it was my bank that made the error. Aaron was very helpfuul and pleasant helping me to correct the transaction.

Hate it
Product is terrible. Takes forever to charge (unless you purchase their fast charger). Why would one make a product that takes all day+ to charge when technology is there for faster charges without having to purchase an additional item?
It does not reduce my frizz, nor straighten my hair without a lot of fuss.
Wish I had not waited so long as i am out of the 30 day return time fram.
