There was a mix up with my order and I reached out to customer support. They answered my questions with professionalism and efficiency. I ordered the GoBrush Pro first and later ordered the quick charger. It was two separate orders that got confused. I sent my order numbers and the products arrived safely within a week. Now that’s customer service at its finest. Thank you. 😊

I ordered this product and it did absolutely nothing for my hair. It worked fine but just not for my hair. When requesting they advise how I could return it I was given the song and dance of having to send it to their 1 warehouse in all the world in China and it could get lost or broken. And, of course, they told me that they try to help the environment by letting me keep the brush and accept a 30% refund. What a joke!! China does Nothing to protect their environment!!! I just wanted to be done with them and learned my lesson to Never order off of Facebook! I cut my losses and took the 30% refund ..lesson learned. The brush is nothing to brag about. Maybe if you have curly hair and want it straightened it might work for you.

They made it impossible to return the item which was lousy and didn’t work as expected.

I mistakenly ordered two chargers. When I sent a request for one of them, Darwin responded immediately and my refund is being processed. Thank you, Darwin!

I have not received my order and customer service are no longer responding to my requests for the product nor a refund. At this stage I can only presume this company is a scam!

Well after several e-mails and suggestions from the TEAM. I was happy with the end results. In the end Aaron did accommodate my request.

I had ordered from the company Flown and in reviewing my order, discovered that my billing and shipping address were incorrect. I sent a message to their support team and heard back from Brooke right away. She successfully addressed and corrected my concerns. THANK YOU Brooke !! You made my day !

I went through chemo last year and my hair came back curly. I hoped that the Numoya (now Flown) GoBrush would help me straighten my hair. It did not. And that's when I found out about their unacceptable return process. I had read I needed to pay to return the product; I was fine with that. But then I was told that I needed to pay to return the product to China. I was even cautioned that by doing so, I could expect the product would be damaged during shipment so I would probably never receive my money back. One customer service rep told me they had a warehouse; another said they did not, which is why I needed to send it back to China. This customer service rep explained they don't have a warehouse in the US to better protect the environment. I think the carbon footprint of shipping an item from China to the US and then back to China again, isn't doing a lot for the environment. The best they would offer me is to credit me 30% of what I paid, and then they suggested I gift the GoBrush to someone else.

I finally got an email and I got a refund for the product. It took me a while but it got done. Thank you.

PUBLIC HEALTH & SAFETY AT RISK. FLOWN CONFIRM THEY WILL NOT CHECK, REPLACE OR REFUND DANGEROUS PRODUCTS AFTER 30 DAYS. In fact they will not accept any returns after 30 days whatever the reason disregarding numerous countries trading standard laws. See my previous posts, and other negative posts before buying anything from Flown. Erica from customer service has confirmed this by email, but Flown refuses to publicise this or reply to my reviews online, which hopefully others will take as a warning. If you decide to buy, and want to return within 30 days you will have to pay the postage to China, which can make returns unviable.
I will continue posting weekly until flown replies on here confirming their refund and safety policy.

Helped me get a better refund, even though it was not the total I paid.

I needed to return the item, and Aaron was very helpful and prompt.

Brooke was so nice and helpful. She helped me after I ordered 1 too many items and got me my refund quickly.

I had to cancel my order for personal reasons. Within less than ten minutes I got a response from them and my order was cancelled. No questions why, they just cancelled it for me. I really appreciate their quick response.

Aaron tried to resolve and was communicative and prompt. You should say non returnable on your order site.

I accidentally ordered 2 heated brushes sets. I immediately reached out to support. Darwin was very quick to respond. Darwin got the incorrect order removed. I so appreciate how easy Darwin made it! Thank you!!

I had to cancel my order within the timeframe and they immediately canceled my orders. Will definitely order at a later date! 😀
