Refund is a joke
There is an implication that there is a return policy for 30 days, however, this is not the case. If you don't like the product, which I didn't, you have to make of video of yourself using it. Then they want to only refund a small percentage of the purchase price. Paid $60 - they want to refund me under $18. The product is useless and does not work. Check youtube channels about it before you purchase. Wish I had done my research.

Accidentally duplicated an order

Worst customer service ever
I don't like the product.It's too weak. Perhaps I am in the minority. Still the customer service sucks. First my emails bounced back saying that the company is too busy and I should resend. Then, when my email went through, they said that to send the product back for their "money back guarantee", wouldn't be worthwhile because the company was based far away. China? What I was told was they would offere me a 30% refund. When I tried to contact them, I got the same thing - the company wasn't receiving emails. This is the worse kind of "customer service."

Numoya doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I needed to return a GoBrush & a hair dryer. I was offered 30% refund. No deal. These item, to me were quite costly. Then I was told to ship these to China for a refund. They didn’t even come from China. Do you know how costly the shipping is to China, more than what the items cost!!! So I had to get my bank involved. Problem solved…PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,
I do not like this brush
I do not like this brush. It doesn't fully straighten my hair and it doesn't give much of a direction to my hair. They have a 30 return , but when I tried to return it, they gave me the run around back and forth emails for 3 wks. Then when they FINALLY approved my return, (after having to send a picture) (ridiculous) they want ME to pay shipping back to CHINA. Total RIP OFF.
