Hate it
Product is terrible. Takes forever to charge (unless you purchase their fast charger). Why would one make a product that takes all day+ to charge when technology is there for faster charges without having to purchase an additional item?
It does not reduce my frizz, nor straighten my hair without a lot of fuss.
Wish I had not waited so long as i am out of the 30 day return time fram.

I ordered a portable straightener brush April 21 in the evening. On April 22 at 9:00 EST I realized I ordered two by mistake. I also realized I had ordered an incorrect product. I e mailed your company to see if I could cancel my order. Within 10 minutes I received an e mail from Angel saying my order had been cancelled and money would be credited to my account. Thank you so much. I am 91 years old and realize I should have my daughter do my online ordering. The brush was to be a gift for a granddaughter, Your customer service is outstanding. Although the product didn't work as expected for me the customer service was excellent. My emails were actioned promptly and Erica who was the last person who I dealt with discussed my concerns with regard to me returning the product with her supervisor, resulting in an amicable resolution.

GoBrush Pro...Nope!
Fellow Lady Travelers, here's and FYI: Do not order the Numoya (now Flown) travel brush. I ordered the 1st from Amazon. It didn't hold a charge after a couple of uses. It was removed from stock and I was able to get credit back on my account. (I noticed today it was back on Amazon. Just don't bother.) Numoya said it was fake, so I ordered one from their website. I got the brush, travel charger and carry case. I received the brush about a week before my cruise (had to clear customes). Charged the brush but didn't use it. Tested it out the day before my cruise. Didn't work. Contacted Numoya and they contacted me after I'd already left for my trip. I sent the requested videos/pics. Since then, crickets. I contacted them 3 times via email and 3 times via website. My last email came back today and of course by complaint #2, the website advertises "Flown formally Numoya". Trust Pilot gave it good reviews. I'm giving it a negative view as soon as I get this post done.
Today, I contacted my credit card to dispute the charges. $80 for a brush that doesn't work. I bought the recommended travel charger and the travel case might have been a freebie. 3 useless items.
The Amazon "fake" still works, but must be charged each time after use.

Accidentally ordered duplicates...
I accidentally clicked on additional items when ordering. This resulted in ordering two of each item instead of one. I immediately contacted customer service, and Zy took care of the problem with a refund for the extra items. I appreciate the quick response and if satisfied with the product when it arrives, I will likely do business with this company again.

Not delivered and no response.
I ordered this product and had the delivery address as the place i work. Shop is open 10hours a day, yet apparently they tried to deliver 3 times and the shop was closed… you would think the shop hours posted on the front door would have given them a headsup for the bext 2 attempts. Have tried several times to get a refund, and they keep ghosting me. Dont waste your money.

I've been generous in giving it 2 stars as it came on time and was well packed. However, I am giving mine to a charity shop! I have shortish hair, but this brush did not work as advertised. It did not give a bend or curl to my hair or increase the 'bounce'. It is heavy to hold and if you have fairly small hands it is difficult to grip. The 'bristles' are thick and rigid and my hair just slips through them. Altogether a complete waste of time and money.!
