It never would turn on
When I received it, I plugged it in to charge. After a couple of hours, I tried to use it. Wouldn’t come on. I plugged it in again using a different plug. Still wouldn’t turn on. Customer service asked questions, then agreed to send a new unit. They still haven’t replaced my defective brush. I’m disappointed in the brush and company.

Through my excitement in ordering my brush, I accidentally ordered 2. The next morning I saw my mistake. Contacting customer service was a surprising and satisfying experience. Their response was very quick and to the point. Thank you Darwin for your great customer service.
Exemplary Customer Service
I was traveling in Europe when I ordered the GoBrush Pro and was worried it wouldn’t be US compatible. Darwin emailed me back within a few hours. He assured me the product uses USB-C and would not be a problem. He asked that I confirm that I still wanted the GoBrush Pro. He then (very quickly) confirmed that he received my wish to buy the product. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Darwin is a wonderful asset for your company.
FAULTY BRUSH
Brush took 14 days to arrive, it was beautifully packaged but on opening discovered on/off switch was in pieces so obviously no quality control, sent photo of faulty brush and requested refund, was informed they would refund 30% and i could keep faulty brush (after reading on trustpilot that another customer had a 50% refund i complained). Its taken many weeks and many complaints to actually receive 50% refund. Would never buy from them again.

Unfortunately with new rules it was taken off me before flying due to the risk of it being bumped and turning on mid flight then heating and causing a fire.
The product was good however not suitable for what it was sold to me as.

Most reviews seem to cover delivery issues and customer service relating to this. So my review is about the actual product. Takes much longer than 20 seconds to heat. I have short, fine hair and used the middle heat setting. The brush did absolutely nothing. My hair is already straight & shiny so that was a no-go. I wanted lift on my crown. Nothing. Unreal expectations??
