Infuriating company
I obeyed all instructions re charging etc and I do not like the brush, it is maybe that my hair is too short . I have emailed repeatedly and I cannot get a refund! Terrible company, do not buy

After placing my order, I was doubting whether I had ordered everything I needed to operate the appliance effectively. Darwin responded very promptly to my query and assured me that all was well with the items I had ordered. It was really great to be reassured in that way, and so promptly.
Fast email replies
Fast email replies from Customer Services (Brooke) when I accidentally clicked on the wrong area to order products when I wasn't ready!! No problems and situation resolved quickly.
You can’t take on a plane
The brush is advertised as being able to travel with it which is one of the reasons I bought it. Unfortunately confiscated on an international flight. Apparently because it’s a heating device it could get switched on in baggage. Not allowed carry-on or checked in. So looks like it won’t travel unless being driven!
It doesn’t hold its charge for long either.

Numoya, now known as BLOOM4WR, has failed in their customer service. Having received their GoBrush as a gift in December, both the gift giver and receiver have been in contact with them about their faulty brush. Pictures were sent, documentation made, new USB chargers were used but this item would either not charge or fail to turn on. All relative complaints were made within their 30 day full refund/return policy. They have promised to replace this brush since early February 2026 yet here it is May & their Asian warehouse has yet to send it. When a refund was requested at various times (initially, then 2/7, 4/21 and 4/22), Erica Brennan would only allow 30, 50 then 70% refund respectively. Resolution reflecting their company policy for either a replacement or 100% refund has not been adhered to and 5 months has transpired.

Very poor product with even worse return guarantee
I simply don’t believe these positive reviews are real! The product I received didn’t work, and when I requested a return (after many rounds of them trying to talk me out of it) it was finally revealed that the return system involves the customer paying for shipping to Asia! So really, no refund system. Incredible deception both with the product AND the guarantee.

Does not get very hot and battery runs out in 5 minutes and can’t use it when it’s recharging so can’t finish my short hair in one setting

First off it comes from China and if it's not what you want you have to return it to China. I ordered 2 with the quick charge plugs ($158). The bristles on the brush are very hard. After week's of back and forth (every time a different person) always asking the same questions, I finally got someone who followed through with a return form or 30% refund. Cost to mail to China from Canada $113. I asked for a 50% refund and they honored it. A lot of frustration 🫤
Total lack of accountability and atrocious customer service
I ordered a Go Brush Pro (and the next day a charger) from this company which I never received. They sent a photo of a parcel on my doorstep but it was only the charger. I was home on the date/dates mentioned.
I emailed these people six times to no avail! They refused to send another hair dryer or refund my money.
Their customer service is atrocious. I kept getting a message that their “mailbox was full” over an entire week.
I suggest it’s to avoid any accountability. This is the worst online company I’ve ever had contact with.
Special edition of Brush
I am truly grateful that Ella responded quickly with my request to cancel part of my order. I order a 2nd one by mistake . After I placed my order the offer of obtaining a special edition. I thought that if I purchased this special edition my other brush would be replaced with this new edition.

I had a problem…the order I placed was ALL WRONG. I needed to cancel the order before it shipped so I wouldn’t have to return them. I got a man named Darwin on the phone and he turned out to be my Magic Genie!! He took care of everything in minutes. I was sorry that he was done so quickly because I could have stayed on the phone with him all day. What a great choice to represent your company. It was an absolute pleasure!!
Customer Service does exist!
I had ordered one probrush and then there was a pop-up saying free shipping, which I thought I already had, but clicked again. Lo and behold, it was a second order. I immediately contacted customer service and wondered if they would change it. It was less than 24 hours and I got a response followed by a second response showing my credit for the additional unintended order. Finally, a place that truly gives you customer service! Thank you.
