Olivia Stowe made my experience for requesting a refund or return. I was given two options and finally chose a refund which was actioned straight away. Being an older person I find this sort of thing very hard. Thank you again Olivia 🙏

I called the support team because the brush took hours to charge,I tried their suggestions and it did eventually charge. When I used the brush it did nothing,I wanted lift on the crown but I could not get the brush to stay in my hair,I know I have very soft hair since turning grey,but the adverts promised so much! I have since e mailed to ask for a refund but have had no response very disappointing!the brush

i PURCHASED 2 NUMOYA GO BRUSH MAXS AND 1 GO BRUSH PRO. I WAS GOING ON A 45 DAY TRIP TO SE ASIA AND WANTED SOMETHING I COULD TRAVEL WITH AS AN ALL IN 1. IT IS CALLED THE "GObRUSH" AND IS ADVERTISED FOR TRAVEL. IT WAS CONFISCATED IN JAPAN. NEVER USED. $90. ADVERTISED FOR TRAVEL! i CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THE REPLY i RECEIVED IS "YEAH WE ARE WORKING ON FIXING THAT WORDING IN OUR ADVERTISING MATERIAL." WTH? SO I HAD NOTHING FOR MY TRIP. AT THIS POINT THE OTHER GOBRUSH PRO (WHICH APPARENTLY ONLY GIVES 10 MIN OF HEAT TIME TO JUST BAT DOWN FLYAWAYS) AND GOBRUSH MAX i WANT TO RETURN. WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE. I BOUGHT THEM FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND DAUGHTER. SO i AM OUT ALMOST $300. VERY DISAPPOINTING. IT ALSO SHIPS FROM CHINA AND TAKES FOREVER.

First after reading about the blower my hair is to short to use. I also thought a charger came with it, makes no sense to order a rechargeable item and not have a charger. But the real reason is my hair is too short. Thank you Zy for helping and processing my refund.

The product arrived as scheduled. Welll packaged.
Instruction easy to follow. My unit had a " hold charge" issue. I emailed the support team and was at first concerned as the reply email said" Postmaster Failure"
Or mailbox full...I resent and a response came back from "support team " ( Ella ).
I followed her suggestion to try another charge but had same result.
So i emailed back putting Ella's name in the re line.
I had the same issue " mailbox full" so just had to resend email. Ella responded. She was very professional and efficient.
I received my refund.
The brush/comb is a great size for travel. Easy to handle. I have below ear bob, but because charge did not hold I was unable to straighten full head of hair.
Can see it as a great touch up tool after a busy day to quickly give you a smooth finished hair look.
Maybe go for their new max comb...longer charge times.

Hi I didn't actually buy anything from this Company I was going too i placed an order then I needed to cancel it due to personal reasons I placed an order on there website last night the 9th of May and had to cancel the order straight after I had placed it .And this Morning I got a email from a lovely lady Named Erica and she informed me that my order has been cancelled and that I would receive a Refund in a few days but when I looked at my bank account I have got the refund today which is very fast so I am thanking Erica for doing this so quickly thank you very much Erica maybe in the future I will buy from you Many Thanks Valerie

I placed an order but felt it was not what I called good business practice eg after I placed the order it was followed by another advert with another discount and after that offering me an extra super charger. When I complained I was sent full explanation by Darwin and reinstated my order, if it is wrong I will put another note on here

I purchased the brush and used it a couple times. I wasn't happy with the results and contacted the company. I have emailed with Marie several times. She's been very helpful with suggestions of trying different things. Instead of returning the brush Marie offered me a free gift to keep it. I'm waiting on my gift of hairspray hopefully I'll be happy with the results and. I like my hair puffier then I was getting. Bonnie

Angel was quick to respond and had already solved my problem. Excellent customer service! I wish every CSR was as accommodating as Angel.

Please give Ella a WHOLE BOX of donuts for helping solve my problem so quickly and painlessly. I was expecting it to be a lot more involved than it was. Really took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

This product does not do what it advertised. I'm struggling to use the product. The on/off button is in an awkward position and turns off during use. Maybe it's just my hair as it's thin but it doesn't straighten well. The company are refusing a refund because they insist I'm using the wrong charger, even though I've tried 3 different ones!

Leanne was a great customer service to walk me through different options and helped me close my case. I appreciate her professionalism and prompt responses.

After seeing many reviews on the new FLOWN GoBrush Pro, I was anxious to order and try on my short hair
I accidentally clipped tab to order second one by mistake. When I noticed, I sent an email to ask that the second brush be cancelled, and got a reply from Zy that a refund was being applied. I appreciate the quick response before I receive two brushes and charged. I'm hoping that I have a better styling tool with the new FLOWN to style my very straight hair!

I had a question about the FLOWN Go Brush Pro. Zy responded within a few minutes with the answer to my question. Zy was courteous, prompt, and a delight to engage with.

I recently bought a gobrush. I charged it for 3 hours but its not working. I complained by email, received a response with advice and then was promised a replacement. It hasn't arrived so I have wasted my money and I am not happy.

There was an error on my order and I contacted Angel of Support Service and she corrected the order and refunded the part of the order I did not want. I am very p leased with the fast reply and her understanding of the probem so very quickly. That type of company and their personelle is a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Angel. It was advertised full refund if not satisfied with product within the 30 days. I could not use this product but have difficulty trying to return. Each time a customer support person would try to dissuade me from returning it. I was not happy that I had to request return so many times.
