Both were genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make the process easy from start to finish. They took the time to understand what I needed, offered practical advice without any pressure, and made sure everything was clear and straightforward.
Customer service like this is rare—friendly, efficient, and actually focused on getting the right outcome rather than just making a sale. A real credit to the store. Would definitely recommend!

By chance the carpet fitter was instore during my visit. This was a bonus that I was able to arrange a more convenient time.
