Excellent, speedy service - thank you

Ordered 3 pairs of sandals on 1 July for a holiday and we are now at 28 July and no parcel delivered today. Tracking has had it In transit forever! I am packing for our holiday and looks like the parcel will not arrive in time or perhaps not arrive at all. And what happens if it arrives when we are not at home??
Poor customer service indeed.

Ordered a pair of black havanias which arrived promptly but sadly they were faulty, emailed customer service who were not only rude but refused a refund even though I’d sent pics of the faulty item. Basically once they have your money they don’t want to know and so now I have faulty havanias and cannot get my money back but have had lots of crazy excuses from them instead. Do not buy from these people they won’t help you if there’s something wrong. I’m still waiting for a reply from my last email. Really really bad.

Ipanamea sandal vibe along with ipanamea flip flop both absolutely fantastic and a great transaction which was quick with delivery too

Awful customer service, sent me the wrong size item. When I returned. Refused me a refund stating that I had returned something that wasn’t ordered from their website.

I opened a dispute with Klarna as I wasn’t going to pay for an item I didn’t have. They then told Klarna I hadn’t returned an item to them. Even though I had email proof they had received it.

Came to no resolution. Now waiting for the item to be returned to myself as I have now paid for something I don’t have.

Emails were being ignored after I opened a dispute. Customer service not helpful / friendly.

Took them 6 days to post my order. Customer service never answer the phone and they take 3 days to answer an email.
If you want slow delivery and no customer service then place your order, if you want a better experience shop elsewhere.

Easy to order, very quick delivery service with updates. Can’t fault them - will definitely use again.

Extremely fast and efficient dispatch and delivery. Great communication with emails from delivery confirmation and dispatch advice with tracking info. Very happy with purchase, great fit and love the colour of my new havaianas!

I never leave reviews but had to following my recent experience with this company after they stopped responding to my emails to help sort a wrong item sent.
Very good for quick delivery and a good product but if you have anything wrong with your order best of luck as their customer service is extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I have since gone direct with Havianas and they have confirmed that this company sent me a different size to what I ordered and what was advertised. Even with photo and a Havianas size chart for proof, they refuse to accept they sent me a wrong size in error (even though for any company that’s just an honest mistake ? Just calmly admit you as a company made a simple error and try to help and rectify the problem, easy! Everyone makes mistakes) instead their arrogant and rude response saying I had ordered the wrong size, which I hadn’t, left me upset, rushed for time to get a replacement pair in what should have been sent in the first place. They stopped replying to me after two emails too. So this company is very good for quick delivery and selling a good product, just be cautious of having to deal with their customer service by email as it was not a pleasant experience and left me pretty upset, after what should have been a breezy no drama flip flip order. Maybe try and be a bit nicer and more considerate to your customers that have things go wrong with their order and everyone will be chill and happy!

Very pleased with my two pairs of Ipanema flip flops. I prefer the anatomical footbed, and these fit well.

I hate giving negative reviews and have always thought this company brilliant. So what has so gone terribly wrong?
Is it that they only worry about the ‘fashionable’ fair weather customers?
What do we get after waiting for years “wonderwellies?” Leaky wellies😩.
Then we get ‘hiking boots’ not like other expensive makes ‘waterproof’ but ‘water repellent’ meaning ‘don’t even walk on wet grass’🙄.????
Not all of your customers are younger and only walk around the shops and to the clubs and restaurants.
I’m in my 70’s along with a lot of others in this age
bracket. We wear them for giving us an aching free walk to the shops up to 8 plus miles every day. Through muddy fields, woods, puddles, along the beach, climbing hills and through snow, with or without our dogs.
I did have a brilliant of your waterproof, fleece lined boots about 10 years ago. What went wrong? Did they last too long?
Any model can stand in a field holding a couple of working cockers. Perhaps your CEO would like to come for a walk an old lady and her dogs one muddy day???
Or does he wear Dubarry, Le Chameau etc?
