CAVEAT EMPTOR! (Buyer beware.) I came to there Koloa shop wanting a size 9 ½ and was told my only option were 9 or 10. I tried on a 10 and the gentleman who I assume owns the shop said I need a "9." Told him it feels too tight. He said "Get what you want but the proper size should not land over the end of the slipper." So I bought the 9. The next day I returned explaining I can only wear them a few minutes due to discomfort. He wasn't there but the cashier said they can't them back because they were worn. I explained it would have been nice if the gentleman who though he was seriously abrupt when he waited on me, warned me about there return policy. So I need to purchase another pair of Oofos -but ELSEWHERE!

My cruise ship stopped in Curaçao. I was at the beach. My flip flops broke. There was a Flip Flop shop right there. I bought a pair of Sanuk yoga mat flip flops. I have been buying them and wearing them since 2010. The price was significantly higher than I usually but it was a popular tourist spot and I knew the shoes would last. Two days later, the shoes start cracking and peeling. I believe the retailer stored the merchandise improperly and this led to dry rot. I have not had this happen with any other Sanük flip flops over the years.

Tout d'abord les chaussures sont hyper confortables et je n'ai plus mal au talon avec les flip flop. Ensuite le service clientèle est très sérieux. J'ai dû renvoyer des chaussures trop grande. Alors c'est sûr le retour en Angleterre est devenu inabordable. C'est le cas de le dire, sans jeux de mots, pour des habitants d'une île! Près de 20 € pour envoyer des ballerines toutes légères! Mais cela flip flop n'est pas responsable de l'isolement de l'Angleterre! En tout cas le service clientèle est très sérieux. Au bout d'une semaine j'ai chatter avec eux pour savoir quand je serai remboursé. Je n'avais plus mon numéro de commande, je ne retrouvais plus les mails, il y avait une confusion entre deux prix sur la paire de chaussures que j'avais renvoyé et j'ai cru à un moment donné qu'il n'allait pas me rembourser ce que j'avais payé. Et bien pas du tout! par chatte et immédiatement cela a été réglé et j'ai été remboursé d'office de la somme due. Je recommande cette entreprise de chaussures lorsque on a des problèmes de pieds. Elles ne sont peut-être pas très à la mode franchie mais tellement confortable que l'on ne peut plus s'en passer!

I do not normally review businesses, but I feel I must. I’ve been impressed every time I’m in this shop even though all the staff and the exceptional manager Teresa are extremely busy, it’s been noticeable that they go out of their way to pay attention to detail and be courteous. In my profession, I have to be on my feet constantly for very long days and these shoes have been durable and comfortable. All staff are knowledgeable and helpful; especially manager Teresa, she is always refreshingly friendly. I definitely plan to purchase from this business every time I need shoes.
