Thanks for your review — really sorry to hear this has happened again, that’s understandably frustrating.
Just to clarify, it sounds like your purchase may have been made directly through FitFlop rather than via our Flip Flop Shop website. If that’s the case, we wouldn’t have access to the order or be able to process a claim on it from our side.
That said, if you did purchase the sandals from us, we would 100% want to help and get this resolved for you — issues like a toe post failing within that timeframe definitely aren’t what we’d expect. In that case, just let us know your order details (or roughly when/where you purchased), and we’ll take it from there.
Either way, we completely agree — at that price point, you should be getting far better durability and reliability.

My flip flops arrived super quick but I had to return as they weren't quite right.Ordered a different pair and they too arrived very quickly.
I was a but confused as I returned the flip flops to Shore and am awaiting a refund

I must add a very good price for their flip flops.I ordered Reef as I have been so pleased with this brand in the past

My Son is 3 years old and he loves his…
My Son is 3 years old and he loves his new flip flops and is happy to be like his dad. I have always worn Reef flops and won't wear anything else. So look forward to owning many more in the future. Great service from the flipflopshop and many choices to consider. Thank you

I had great experience with Flip Flop shop.
My item arrived in a less than 24 hrs after placing the order.
I was delivered a wrong colour of the item, which was my 2nd option and it turned out to be nicer so I decided to lee it. They were very kind to refund the price difference.
Highly recommend this site.

Shearling slippers
Shearling slippers - I got in touch with customer service as I was unhappy that my slippers had bald patches after just over 2 months of wear. The response was - normal wear and tear. I paid over £100 for these slippers and they have bald patches and look unsightly. Not impressed.

My havianas did not arrive…
My havianas did not arrive unfortunately. I waited over a week and contacted the company. A very nice man called me and sent some new ones out straight away. Communication was quick and professional. I do think it was the courier company that was the problem not the flip flop shop. Overall resolved quickly. Thank you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a pair of sandals as a present for someone, the item got delivered this morning in a box that had been absolutely battered and was barely resembling a box at this point and upon opening, I discovered that I had only been sent ONE sandal! Upon writing to the company I was apologised to and informed that he had the other one there and could sendsandal and sends it out. Really frustrated as this was meant to be a present for someone and I’m unlikely to be able to sort it out in time now. Unless your a fan of being sent single shoes, I’d steer clear of this company

Really sorry about this — it seems we’ve had a bit of a disaster here, and I just want to echo the team’s apology from when you spoke to them earlier on the phone.
We don’t put boxed products inside extra boxes, if that makes sense, as it’s not great for the environment — it just ends up shipping a lot of empty space. That said, we totally understand that this sometimes means the product box can get a little less than perfect if couriers are heavy-handed. The main product is of course the sandals, not the packaging, but I completely get that this is frustrating if you're planning to give them as a gift.
As for the missing sandal — that one’s completely on us. I believe the team have already arranged to send the second one out on a fully tracked next working day service, which should be with you very soon.
Thanks so much for your patience and understanding and glad we where able to deal with this over the phone instantly for you.

I have been trying to reach their store…
I have been trying to reach their store for over a week both by emails and leaving messages and no one has responded to me... I am trying to reach them to ask about their return policy. Not impressed with their customer service. Wondering if I should bother waiting to hear from them or order from someone else.

I really can’t fault it. I ordered a pair of Blowfish sandals at a great price and must admit reading the reviews had me a nervous wreck! But they arrived really quickly, and they’re beautiful sandals. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
