The staff that helped us move today from nyc to Philadelphia were very nice and helpful. They handled all our belongings with care and were very respectful. This is my second time using flat rate and I recommend it to anyone.

These 3 guys from FlatRate — Nikita, Zafar, and Mansur —who moved me were fantastic: VERY polite, super-efficient, calm, careful, courteous, and VERY fast.
Anyone who has moved will attest to how stressful moving can be. And I was DREADING moving today. In fact, I wasn’t ready for this at all when I woke up this morning! But these three gentlemen took all the stress out of the equation. Just wonderful to work with. Very sweet guys.

After having a horrible experience with another moving company, I was anxious to see how things would go with Flatrate. But to my surprise, they exceeded all of my expectations from the start to the end. The moving team was accommodating, quick, efficient, and gentle with my belongings. I didn't write down names but the Jamaican man was incredible and super professional! Could not have asked for a better experience. Also shoutout to Adam for being patient and understanding during the pre-planning of the move. Flatrate please never change!! I'll be back for my next move!

Flat Rate Moving are terrific. This was second move for me with Flat Rate Moving after my first previous positive experience with FRM. The team from sales, to dispatch, to the moving crew were all highly professional, courteous, punctual and responsive at all times. Kudos to Devante R and his moving crew and to Carlos in dispatch. Highly recommend. Would definitely use FRM again.

Second time using Flatrate— they’re just AMAZING!! Move out & in happened in under 2 hours and I lived in a 4th floor walk up! They’re always so speedy & careful with my items & have the best prices compared to other moving companies. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Requested a quote on 2/27 and sent a second request a few days later. Nobody ever reached out to me on a quote. Company does not seem to be concerned with customer service.

THIS COMPANY WILL LOSE YOUR ITEMS, DAMAGE AND SEND ANYONE FROM CRAIGSLIST... BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
If I could rate this company -5 i would. This company moved us from Brooklyn to St Louis and it was a complete disaster. Be very careful these guys have absolutely no idea. They lost a huge expensive floor rug, like it never showed up, no apology nothing. Also an antique mirror was missing too. They broke a number of glass items, sent us movers here in St Louis who where chosen from Craigslist, not referenced, these guys made us feel uncomfortable asking us questions about ho much this this item would cost, how much we purchased pur home for, to tip them directly cash and not through FlatRate as they take too much commission and tried to make us call management to release their pay as they wanted to leave without un packing. It was a complete NIGHTMARE. They damaged our walls, we immediately sent images and they accept no responsibility and insult us with $200. The rug alone was over $1500.00 We were asked to lodge a claim and this is what we received:

Accordingly, enclosed please find a check in the amount of $200.00 serving as a full and final settlement for claim #1281150 filed on 1/17/25.

Flat Rate movers is the only service I will use. They take care of my product from beginning to end. Easy to deal with from your first call to when they reach out to verify your satisfaction. 5 stars always.

They showed up on time and were great guys and very professional. Took about 2.5 hours with no problems. Now waiting on the delivery in my new state of residence. My NYC rep was Adam Robb and he helped my greatly and is an amazing person.

The sales team was thorough in the preparation and planning of the move. The app was helpful and locating my moving team before they arrive. The team was prompt, efficient, and careful with my items as well as patient and polite. The whole thing went very fast and very smoothly. When there was a mishap the company was forthcoming and quick to resolve the situation efficiently.
