Flashybox has the best customer service out there! I accidentally put the wrong mailing address so I emailed them, and they changed it! I’m very pleased with them and I will be shopping from flashybox again!!!

I recently discovered Flashybox whilst searching for thigh high boots and found just what I was looking for so i ordered the PINK CAPE ROBBIN TOXIC FAUX SNAKE THIGH HIGH OPEN TOE STILETTO HEEL BOOTS. they shipped out faster than I expected. Right out of the box i fell in love with them! Looking all fresh and exactly like the picture. They will surely be my "go to" favorite because they are stunning and fit very comfortably....true to size. I plan on wearing them for my next photo shoot and out on the town every chance I get cause they are poppin. Shipping was lightening speed and they came boxed very securely. I ordered shoes and paid for expedited shipping!! Date ordered Jan 3, 2020 I have yet to receive a tracking number it’s now January 9th! Please don’t pay for expedited shipping its a rip off. Called and lady said the order hasn’t been processed. Better sites out there with the same shoes where you would get your shoes in two days!

One of the best places to shop for shoes! I ordered 7 pairs of shoes and absolutely loved them all! Only one pair didn’t fit and they quickly resolved the issue! AWESOME, customer service all around. I can’t wait to order more shoes, they also have some great deals.

I called after trying to email the company to exchange some shoes that were too large. Even though I didn't receive an email back, I called and I just gave my order number, and when I say the customer service was flawless. I mean it!

This website is my latest obsession. I was happy to be able to use a discount code which gave me 30% off AND I was also able to get free shipping. When shopping online I've noticed its usually one or the other. Once my shoes arrived I knew I was in love. The quality of the shoes are really good. They do not look cheap AT ALL. I got so many compliments on my heels I ended up ordered again just a few days later and was impressed. I would recommend this website to anyone who is looking for great quality shoes at a very reasonable price.

My first order was delivered promptly, but was the incorrect color but correct size, in efforts to get the desired color, I reorder the same pair of shoes in the same size. The website stated that there was only 2 left in the inventory. In that case I purchased them and waited for a response from support (which is only available from 9-5 M-F). I initially got a response saying I could get store credit and not a cash refund. I was also informed that the size shoe I ordered was not in the inventory even though the website let me purchase the shoes. The customer service person also told me that they didn’t have anything on the website that states the quantity of items available which was then proven wrong. The first person helping me also didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and wasn’t offering anything to fix the situation. I then got in contact with the customer service manager Tony. He was a pleasure to talk to and was the biggest help. He went out of his way to offer a refund for the initial pair that was sent incorrectly. He then offered 50% off the second pair that I ordered in attempt to fix the issue. He made the situation right by me. At first I didn’t want to ever shop at the shop again, but now knowing that there is people who want to help and make every experience a great experience, I will definitely shop at FlashyBox again!

Updated: Although I got no response from two emails sent (see below) I did find their customer service phone number and got through. The rep told me the second item was out of stock and promptly refunded my money.
Earlier Post: Ordered two items. Box came listing both items in it, but only one item was there. Tried contacting with message through their ordering site (says they typically resond in a few minutes)- no response in 6 days. Tried contacting through their support email, no response in 6 days. I originally was going to order alot more from them but saw all the questionable reviews, so decided to scale it back and only gamble a couple items. Luckily the more expensive item shipped so I'm only out for a $20 item.

Order number 10254 was placed with you all. I must say I am satisfied the shoes as they are beautiful and most importantly they're comfortable. Emphasis on comfortable! The one thing about me is I LOVE SHOES, I have sooooooo many shoes that I need my own closet just for shoes. I truly feel that I will be ordering from you all just as much as I order from Shoedazzle (and boy do I order a lot of shoes), keep up the selection and I must say I may just order all my shoes through you all! All of my buys are posted on my social media pages and I feel that I'll have family and friends ordering from you just as I have them hooked on the other site. I received the majority of my order, but one of my shoes (the one I was really excited to get) was mixed up with a different pair which was also the wrong size. I emailed their customer service to get the correct order and it's been a week without a response from them. I sent them the pics of the wrong shoes and this was my first order with them. Never again.

Update: I emailed on eof the customer service direct lines and received a pretty quick response which I appreciated, but now it's back to radio silence about my order.

My experience with flashy box was great! I spoke with a young lady name Ashley who helped out with making sure my package was secure and delivered in a timely manner. Not to mention i love my boots!! Will definitely be shopping again!
