I have purchased 3 pair of shoes from this website. The 1st and 2nd order no issues. Merchandise arrived with 7 days. I made a 3rd purchase on 8/20. FedEx tracking has been saying the item is out for delivery since 8/25. I emailed Flashybox and they were very responsive but not willing to reship the item and honor its probably lost in transit. They want me to call the courier, tell me I didn't choose to get a signature when delivered. Wth...it was never delivered. I really, really like the shoes I ordered and just want them..I am very disappointed as I know the shipping issues are beyond their control but as a business you should appease your customer. I purchased a pair of shoes from flashybox but the shoes was cut small so I wanted a refund of my money. I made the purchase through after pay so when I returned the product flashy box gave me a partial store credit and I still had to pay the full amount of the shoes to after pay. Flashybox basically robbed me because the received the product back from me and I had to double pay for those shoes. I will never shop at flashybox ever again

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I ORDERED SOME SHOES AND THEY CAME BACK TWO DIFFERENT SIZES. COME TO FIND OUT THEY DIDNT HAVE THE SIZE I WANTED IN STOCK. THEY TOOK FOREVER TO SEND ME MY MONEY BACK! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY BARLEY RESPOND BACK TO YOUR EMAIL. THE NUMBER THEY HAVE ON FILE, NOBODY NEVER ANSWERS IT. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Fast shipping and efficient customer service

So I was skeptical about ordering from here because of all the reviews. But I decided to see for myself, and Yayy!! I’m telling you , if you like something on that website just order it, don’t go off of the bad reviews. Trust me!!I got my purse today and I love it.. It got here fast and it’s just like the picture. The quality feels good but only time will tell. I will be ordering from them again, maybe tonight.

I placed my order on may 6, 2020 and flashybox finally sent me a text saying it shipped on may 19, 2020 but still didn’t receive a tracking number. Now it is June 8, 2020 and I have not received my package yet which they say 7-9 business days and it’s well over that time. Processing and shipping has to get better... I also emailed customer service a few weeks ago and still hasn’t responded.

Flashybox is the best store ever! The shoes are very comfortable and stylish! I had to wear my green studded snake skin slides today even though my feet have not been done in 3 months (due to covo-19). I got so many compliments, they never even noticed my feet! Placing another order Now! Love this store!!

They finally sent my order and I felt it odd how small the box was and later found out that they only sent me one pair instead of two.This meant that the whole time they claimed to be sending both but never did and charged my card for both shoes anyways and now their site claims that both are delivered.I have tried reaching out to them but only gotten supposedly automated responses yet they have been actively posting on Instagram and also sending me promotional emails and feedback emails.At this point I truly know I won’t shop here again because the bad reviews show that their customer service is really the issue but surely you wouldn’t need that if you didn’t keep messing up orders so they need to regroup and find a different calling altogether

Randomly came across Flashybox during quarantine and decided to give them a shot. Recently received my first order and I’m highly impressed with the quality of the product at such an affordable price. Will be ordering again!

I wear and 8.5 bought a 9 they fit perfectly. They are so classy. They seem well designed and we'll made. They are sturdy and comfortable which makes being sexy almost effortless my guys loves them. He was just as excited as I was to receive them and see me in them along with my 5 year old second cousin who brought me the package. She went and grabbed 3 of her dresses to see which one went better.lol The best memory ever. It took me a month to receive them because of my stupid self being overly excited the address was wrong. I got free shipping and 25percent off. An amazing deal. I contacted customer service they were understanding helpful and they got them to me as fast as they could. No extra fees no hassle no attitudes. FlashyBox and ,cape Robbin Rules they're the best!!!!

I ordered two pairs of sandals and couldn’t be more disappointed- cheap cheap cheap quality the faux fur on the sandals just flys everywhere just sheds all over the place and the sizing chart isn’t accurate- the shoes run about a size smaller than what they claim and are made pretty narrow- I don’t even have wide feet and still couldn’t fit the shoes! So unless u have narrow tiny baby feet don’t bother. Each sandals was $40-$46 each -and yet all they claim to give is store credit and u have to pay to ship them back- this company is just reselling cheap Chinese stuff from aliexpress- save ur time and ur money and go somewhere else.

I love Flashybox shoes they are fashionable. And Flashybox support is really helpful and has a very quick response time.

Don't order from this they have no refunds only credit they try to get u too spend more money with store credit I talk to Diana nasty attitude not helpful at all u pay shipping to return and size chart not accurate ! Save your money these shoes come from AliExpress at least they have free return policy or they give a. Refund

Purchased a pair of shoes in February and received a shipping number to follow a few days later. Nine days later and my order still has yet to arrive to USPS. I’ve spoken to customer service twice and each time was told the order would ship within a couple of days. I paid for regular ground shipping (5-7 days) It’s been 10 days since date of order and my item hasn’t even shipped yet. Glad I purchased the shoes for my event 3 months in advance, because that’s apparently how long it will take to receive the order.

I ordered a pair shoes on their website during a sale I paid for standard shipping which is 5 to 7 business days. On day seven my order finally shipped from the warehouse and I had to call several times to find out that my order or at least one item in my order had been canceled. Their response was apathetic and they offered me a refund even though the only reason why I bought the shoe was because of the discount on the second item. They told me that I would have to purchase a new shoe on the website and re-pay for shipping in order for me to take advantage of the promotion code
