Great Customer Service
I recently purchased a few items from Flashy Box during their 50% off sale. I received my items rather quickly. One of the pair of shoes that I ordered was not a good fit for me. I tried to return them but was having an issue. I reached out to FlashyBox and within 24 hours I received assistance from Mario. Mario, handled my order immediately and updated my return for me within about 10 minutes of me sending him my order number. I never write reviews on here. However the customer service I received was astounding and attentive. Really pleased with the care I received at FlashyBox.

Sooooo, I made a review a couple of weeks ago about a purchase I made with flashy box and how I never received my shoes or money back. I am happy to say that I have since received an apology email and a full refund. Flashy box has redeemed themselves with me. I will be purchasing from them again. Try for yourself.....everyone’s experience is not yours
2/5/21-I had been looking for a particular pair of pumps everywhere and could not find them. I came across this website, flashy box that I had never heard of. I wanted the shoes so bad that I didn’t think twice! I immediately purchased them. After I made the purchase is when I begin to second guess my desperate actions. I decided to look further into this company and website. I found that the majority of the reviews were negative and warnings to NOT purchase from the site. I immediately beat myself up for not thinking or reading the reviews first. I felt immediately that I had made a mistake and would be scammed. I didn’t know what to do as I REALLY REALLY wanted these fishnet pumps. I found an email for for flashy box customer service and reached out. Explaining I was a new customer who had just made a purchase but was skeptical after reading the poor reviews and I just wanted to confirm that they were a legitimate company and that I was praying for a good experience as I really wanted these shoes. To my surprise they replied the next day informing me that my order was being processed assured me my items would be shipped and provided me with a confirmation #. I placed the order on 1/30 my shoes arrived yesterday 2/4 and THEY ARE EVERYTHING I EXPECTED!! I am so pleased with my experience. The communication and response to my inquiry, the emailed order updates on packaging and shipping process and the time frame in which I received my order it all has been a great experience. I am a shoe dazzle girl since 2012 and a just fab shoe shopper and if I can be honest flashy box beat them both with service and speedy delivery. So again I encourage you to try for yourself. It starts out good for the first few orders then all of a sudden you get that order that tells you, YOUR ORDER IS WAITING FOR PICKUP SOMEWHERE ITS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE BECAUSE THATS NOT THE ADDRESS I PUT ON MY PACKAGE!!! 9 ORDERS TO THE SAME ADDRESS AND NOW I HAVE TO GO PICK UP MY ORDER SOMEWHERE!!!
