Having to pay large sum of money to send item back when it is their error

F & S Jewellers Bolton were so brilliant. Removed a ‘stuck’ ring & enlarged it for me…free of charge! I will only shop there in future! Thank you Francis!

The item was delivered securely within two business days.

There was a problem with the delivery of services but fjewellary did everything to rectify the mistake. My concerns were acknowledged and I know that my custom was respected.

Excellent service

Absolutely avoid from my experience. My husband brought me a Russian wedding band for Christmas 24.
The yellow gold ring snapped so I contacted the owner to ask them if they could fix due to the fact it should be under warranty after he spent just under £500.
They contacted me back to say that they only had warranty for 14 days. And told me to go else where and fix it.
A three gold ring that isn’t under warranty makes me question if it’s real . Poor service total rip off Avoid!!!

Clearly ordered adult bangle and received two baby bangles. Although refund was issued after I sent the item back, the customer service was very poor and I didn’t receive refund for shipping and shipping protection which in total came to £40. Absolute nightmare, avoid at all cost!

The earrings I bought were for £75. The fastening promptly broke even before these could be used
With difficulty I had to contact them and send back for repair at my cost .
Why do businesses price so high for low quality , isn’t that incorrect ?

Had a voucher to spend, but it was only valid in certain places, so I thought, “Why not try Fjewellery?” Well… oh my days! My earrings arrived today and the packaging was so fancy I half expected a fanfare and a butler to hand them over.

Honestly, I only spent £30 on some sterling silver earrings, so I was ready for a bit of bubble wrap and a “that’ll do” job. Instead, I opened my padded A4 envelope and felt like I’d just unboxed the crown jewels.

Safe to say, I’ll be recommending this delightful company to everyone — and maybe ordering again just for the packaging experience!
