Good choice of items with a good range of prices. I love browsing the website. Purchased quite a few things over the years, most recently an owl carving. Delivery times are much improved from a few years ago. I would be happy to see more silver settings for the gems, but on the whole an excellent company for jewellery purchases.

This is a brilliant company which I trust implicitly. The goods are beautiful and come packed well and quickly. I would willingly recommend them to anyone

Felt secure in knowing the goods I paid for by phone arrived intact and I did not have to chase Shipton’s for my purchase. Have always been very pleased with the jewellery. Well made and looks much better and nicer in reality. Well done Shipton.

Contacted Shipton yesterday afternoon,searching for am eternity ring...gave Michelle the details of the ring I was looking for and the price range i was willing to pay...I needed it urgently for a forthcoming wedding on Thurs this week...she was superb in customer care and her help was excellent...drove through to Keswick from Carlisle on Sunday morning and was met by a lovely lady ( Michelle) whose approach to me was second to none...found an absolutely stunning eternity ring...we negotiated a price which again was excellent and I was more than willing to pay for...thank-you Michelle...I will most definitely return one day...very highly recommended...check it out...

I made my first order with Shipton & Co about a year ago and was happy to get a free gift and money off voucher with my order. I like the blue boxes that the jewellery arrives in. So I have placed more orders since then, and each time I get a free gift and money off voucher. I have been looking out for their sales - money off selected items and very good value. Recently I phoned Shipton & Co to ask for repair or replacement for a damaged item after a few weeks use. I was expecting to pay but there was no charge at all. Their caring attitude makes me feel like Shipton & Co is a family. They have old fashioned honesty and values.

I have purchased items from this company for a number of years with no problems. However, I bought a bracelet for my daughter for Christmas which was faulty so she returned it and ordered a different one which broke. My daughter spent many weeks trying to get them to refund the money before finally telling me what happened. Since then I have been trying to get the money refunded to me. They have finally told me that the money has been refunded via Link Pay (who I have not heard of) because they claim that this is the medium I used, which is totally incorrect because I only ever use my debit card or PayPal. Plus they are only prepared to pay me £10 less than the original price. I would definitely not buy from them again

We were spending the day in Keswick and wanted to see if we could find an extra special ring for our very precious daughter for a very significant birthday . We were with friends and just called in by chance. The service was amazing and immediate. The ring we needed was her birth stone. Steve and Michelle brought out every ring with an aquamarine stone in. They were beyond professional and attentive. We eventually found a gorgeous ring that needed downsizing. This was Saturday the 1st March and we needed it for Monday 9th as it was really important she received this special gift from her parents as a memory token. We live in Newcastle and the post isn’t good here but they said they would do their very best to get it sized for us to come and collect it. We left the shop and felt reassured they would do their very best best to accommodate us. We wondered all week if we would get her ring and to our delight Steve rang us up to tell us the ring had been sized and delivered to their shop. I can’t emphasise enough what an asset these two people are to be the ambassadors of selling your wonderful jewelry. She was delighted with her birthday present as we were the the overall experience in this shop with these super professionals.

Having used this company for many years now, it goes without saying that the quality, the price, and the whole package are excellent. I thoroughly recommend Shipton & Co., and I shall continue to use them. I have found items that, although they are at the bottom end of the price ladder, are just as beautifully crafted as the more expensive items.

Ordered two items a lovely bracelet and a 18 CT gold plated scarf. Unfortunately the scarf was faulty, and a full refund was given for the scarf. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Pleased with products and presentation. Took a few days for them to be sent and different free gift offered.

I’ve purchased several gifts from Shiptons and they have all been good, and their free gifts are an added bonus. Would recommend them for quality jewelry at a reasonable price, especially in their sales.
