Friendly user website and some of the best customer service I’ve had. I got exactly what I ordered and the photo gallery is the most useful thing ever.

Wheels I wanted had a real long lead time and they helped me find a similar wheel that was in-stock and ready to ship.

Ordered a wheel and rim package for my MK7 GTI. I had a couple of questions prior to ordering that were quickly answered via email. The ordering process was simple and quick. I received my package a week earlier than estimated. Everything looked great, and installation was a breeze.

My only issue was navigating the site via mobile. It was kind of hard to find hub centric rings for the wheels I ordered, and eventually I gave up and ordered them from somewhere else. Not a huge deal, but just food for thought.

I know there’s a number of people who have had issues with Fitment, but I can’t say I had any myself. Maybe there’s new employees or something. Hopefully things stay positive for them moving forward.

Ran into a snag with a part being on backorder but the great team at fitment had a+ communication and get my issue solved quickly. I’ll always chose fitment industries for ordering car parts.

The advise was accurate and the fitment is good. The BBS wheels arrived in good condition and on time. They even came with the PFS rings and lug nuts, which I didn't expect.

Ordered a set of wheels and BC Racing coilovers. The wheels arrived on time and in perfect condition—exactly as pictured on the website. The photos were super helpful in making my decision.

The coilovers were delayed, but that was due to UPS and not the seller. However, the order status on the website wasn’t updated promptly, which made it harder to track where the delay was coming from. Hopefully, they improve that part of the process so customers can stay in the loop more easily.

Overall, great products and service—I’d order again!

shipping was great but my wheels did come scratched up from putting the tires on but other then that everything was easy going

The overall experience was positive, with the wheels presenting an appealing aesthetic. However, the wheels were not properly balanced, which is a concern. I am otherwise satisfied with the product and will contact customer service to inquire about reimbursement for the balancing service.

I did a lot of shopping around for wheels and tires. This site was much easier than most to navigate. They also had better pricing on what I was looking at than any other site. Shipping stated it would be about two weeks but wheels arrived in 8 days. Packaged very securely. Tires mounted and wheels balanced. Couldn’t be happier!

Delivered fast even though there was a damaged part that delayed the shipment only got here 2 days late! 3 of my wheel caps were also missing but after talking to support they were super fast and responsive to get it handled and had them shipped literally the next day! Amazing service and response times, will be shopping here for all my future wheels!

The fedex guy snuck my wheels right behind the backyard fence. A+ for security but also I waited like an anxious dog all day and he didn’t even knock! A bit odd. But for fitment, Packaging was perfect and my wheels had no damages at all!

Very fast shipping, and correct product received, a little pricey though.

Excellent service. When the tires I originally ordered for my wheel/tire combo turned out to be discontinued they contacted me almost immediately and offered me several other options to choose from, corrected the order and got them shipped out at lightening speed.

Delivery was quicker than anticipated which was both great but not. The shipping status never updated after purchase but the eta was posted but then the tires I ordered showed up the next day after purchase and I wasn’t expecting it and the delivery driver didn’t ring the doorbell and left them in my driveway. The delivery was quick but updates would have been nice because if I wasn’t home and they ended up stolen that would have been another story. The wheels came on time but I didn’t inspect them which was my fault so after I installed them I realized there was a chip in one of them. It’s small and barely noticeable but still sucks. Other than that though the site is easy to use and the selection is broad and prices are not crazy. Love my wheels and tires!

They didn’t have enough stock or the wheels I ordered but where able to find me a set that was pretty much identical, tires came balanced perfectly and not a scrap on the wheels, customer service was top tier and they respond quick same day within the hour. I can say I will be using fitment industry’s again 🙌
