Nikki gave me a great customer service experience.

I would love to do 5 stars, however 2 tires I ordered were out of round and it took almost a month to do the warranty claim for them. When doing the warranty claim I noticed a chip on the top inside of my lip on the rim, presumably due to the tires being stretched maybe something hit it in shipping I’m not sure. It’s fairly large.

Easy process from start to finish! Shipment quality top notch!

We purchased a set of wheels. Weeks later they emailed us that the wheels are out of stock. We chose another set....
They sent the wheels to the wrong address. FI had that guy repack the wheels and send them to me instead. Wheels were bad and had to be removed. Rims were didnt fit like the website said. The steering is all off. Had the car shaking soo bad. 3 wheels had lumps on them or something. Not round. They wont refund or credit us after they had us go spend a bunch of money getting the proof. We were never refunded that money or anything. We spent over $600 in alignments, balancing and roadforce proof from tire les schwab. Plus we had to get a new set of tires. After we got the proof. They wanted more proof and pictures of each tires and all. This company is a circus.
We gave them free money for a set of wheels that had to be disposed.
After months of waiting. We told them our situation and all. They made it as difficult as possible.

I had a long and complicated order, and managed to order some fairly bad-fitting wheels and tires for my car from these wonderful folks. I test fit one and realized my mistake, and Fitment Industries Customer Support Team worked hard to guide me in returning the order for a better fitment.

I got the replacement set tonight and mounted them and they are AMAZING, and fit with a beautiful flush look. These guys have great data, superb support, and an excellent assembly team that puts together wheel/tire packages that look like jewels when you put them on your car.

Customer service was very helpful with the offset I was looking for as I was not sure. My order shipped in 2 days and I received them 3 days earlier than the estimated date. Rims were nicely packaged and an exact fit. My only tiny gripe is I had to source proper fitting centering rings but again I am a novice at this type of customization. Very happy with my purchase and the whole experience I will be back with more of my vehicles.

First time buyer and I was pleasantly surprised by how well protected the wheel and tire packages were when they arrived. It really shows the care their shipping department takes! A++ Will definitely use them again in the future.
