they shipped me the wrong item, then to get the right item charged me extra $200 bucks. what the heck. i've purchased almost $10k worth of stuff the last 5 yrs and will never buy anything from this company ever! BUYERS BEWARE!

No fitment issues shipping was a tad long but I got everything in mint condition. Pricing is pretty reasonable and I got everything needed no missing hardware

I had been looking at a set of Ferrada wheels for a long time but hesitant because of the price. Fitment Industries had a sale on a set i liked and so I pulled the trigger. Got the Ferrada F2. Delivery was super fast and everything was packaged well actually better than I could hope for. Fitment Industries are top notch in every way. Great commutation and service.I highly recommend Fitment Industries.

Worst experience I've ever had bought a full set of wheels from them 2 months ago found out that one of the wheels was bent after going to diffrent discount tires thats where I bought the tires from they showed me the wheel was bent and couldn't be balanced reached out and after sending receipts pictures videos of the wheel on the the machine vibrating they told me me because I didn't buy the tires from them mind you they where 300 more expensive with them that they would not warranty the wheel and stopped replying to my emails so they pretty much told me to go f myself fortunately I bought the extend protection plan for the full set and was able to get a replacement from them what was more infuriating was the way the wheel where shipped in a car order box with no foam or anything to protec the wheels while they stopped but wanted to blame discount tire for bending the wheel if I didn't have that extend protection plan id be SOL

First I was able to purchase wheels before I was told they wouldn't fit my car. I asked for alternatives and got nothing sent to me for alternatives. I then spoke to someone who could not tell me how backspacing affected the placement of the wheel, this is literally what their job is..... I ended up ordering the wheels and now I guess I'm just going to hope for the best. I was also told I would have a restocking fee if I were to send them back.

I ordered a wheel and tire package and was excited to get everything installed. Two days later, they emailed me saying the wheel I ordered was “discontinued.” Instead of resolving it properly, they started pushing alternative wheel options that honestly didn’t match what I originally chose. I made it very clear that I did NOT want substitutes and requested a full refund.

Since then? Silence.

I’ve been emailing them consistently for the past 6 days asking for my refund, and they haven’t responded. The only time they were quick to reply was when they were trying to get me to switch wheels and spend my money elsewhere on their site. Once I requested a refund, the communication suddenly stopped. The last message they sent me was on February 24 and today is March 2nd.

This is unacceptable customer service. If a product is discontinued, that’s not the customer’s fault. Ignoring refund requests and dragging things out makes the situation worse. After this being my second bad experience with them, I will not be ordering from them again.

If you’re considering ordering wheels from here, just be aware — if something goes wrong, don’t expect quick communication or smooth resolution

Huge selection of rims and wide selection on tires. Customer service is honesty and transparent, there was a VERY SMALL nick in one of the rims. They told me right away and gave me the options. Will definately look to them first on my next set.

I have to be honest seen alot of bad reviews on YouTube that had me scared after my purchase but I received my tire and wheel package wheels came with tires mounted everything was perfect no dents dings scratches of any kind front or back all wheels were balance each wheel had inspection sticker and the way they wrapped theses wheels and tires was amazing wheels had that thin layer of protection film then a thick layer of foam and cardboard on each side of wheel overlapping up onto the tire with 2 layers of super thick heat shrink wrap fed ex did drop off before I could inspect but like I said everything came in perfect condition the only negative thing was the wait took 2 or 3 weeks later than expected delivery but reach out they will tell you what the hold up is I had no other issues center caps, lugs or the hub centric rings install kit all came in perfect condition just a tip highly recommend you get those if you going with a low-profile tire and big rim I have 22x8.5 rims with 225/30/22 tires its maxed out in size without any rubbing or alterations done to car tried these first at a local rent to own shop do not rent to own cause you gonna pay double for used rims and tires but just to see if they fit and how road noise was if any rubbing road noise was alittle loud but put those hubcentric rings on when I mounted new set and it pretty much canceled out the road noise and tpms sensors linked to my car immediately when the rent to owns set didnt so vary pleased with purchase!

I received my order TS10 enkeipackage with tire it was fully sealed in the shipping that was great it wont scratch or damage im so happy with the transaction to delivery. I ordered a set of rims with tires from this company and was really impressed with the service.
The notion of pending that much money for a purchase online was initially daunting and I was somewhat skeptical. After calling and speaking to a sales representative I was very much more settled as he was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable even going the extent of giving me his professional opinion disuading me from pursuing the build I had in mind and getting something more along the lines of what he suggested.
After receiving the build which was based on his recommendation and an exact for for my vehicle I realized that had I gone with my initial build I'd have wasted a lot of money on rims and tires that would have been able to be accommodated by my vehicle.
I received my items right within the stated time and in excellent condition. The delivery service used was also excellent. The personnel were very good with communicating all the relevant details surrounding my delivery and also quite courteous and also profession.
