The driver was on time for pickup and very professional. Unfortunately, she made a bad turn and ended up adding 40 minutes to our drive to the wedding rehearsal dinner making us late to the restaurant where other guests were waiting and the restaurant was holding the food. We did not have this issue on the way back, but it did affect the whole experience. I would have given a 5 star if we had arrived on time.

day. I had ordered two buses with guests being pick up at London Inn
and the New Hampshire Mountain Inn going to Ragged Mountain Ski resort
with return runs later in the evening. I would use this company again for sure.

Elizabeth and Bob were fabulous drivers from First Charter- they were so fun and easygoing and came super prepared for our trip, having researched where exactly to go. They got us where we needed to be easily and made sure we were all comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

We were overall very satisfied with the 2 buses we reserved for transportation for our wedding! The process to book and make modifications to our booking was very easy and customer service was great answering all of our questions. The only complaint is that the buses were late in leaving the hotel to bring guests to the venue. Guests still arrived prior to the start of the wedding though so it all worked out. The drivers made up for it on the return trip, staying at the venue for a few extra minutes before returning to the hotel.

Very pleased with the scheduling and the drivers who arrived on time and followed our schedule flawlessly. Special shout out to Jessica our planning consultant who was always courteous, professional and prompt in getting back to us. Planning the transportation for a destination wedding is not easy but First Charter has a group of very professional schedulers who walk you through every step of the way. Thank you!

This company provided excellent shuttle service for our wedding. Both busses arrived on time and provided the exact trips that we needed. I’m told they did another trip for a couple that forgot something at the hotel as well. Very friendly and professional. It was also super easy to book. Highly recommend.

We contracted services for our wedding on 10/25. While my husband and I didn't actually take the bus, it showed up on time for all of our guests and departed on time as well. The driver was awesome and even waited an extra 20 minutes for guests who were late to leave the venue (bridal party helping take down decorations). I would definitely recommend!

Transportation went just as planned on the itinerary for our wedding guests. The bus driver was friendly and awesome. Would highly recommend this branch as an option for wedding guest transportation.

We are extremely happy with our trip! Our driver was punctual and made it with time to spare to our wedding ceremony! And she got us all safely home at the end of the night! Doing business with First Charter Bus Rental was easy and professional. I was always able to get a hold of someone to answer any of my questions. They were very responsive.

As mother-of-the-bride, I should have asked the driver for his cell phone number because during the reception some of our guests wanted a ride down the hill to their cars on the onsite parking lot. I didn't think about this possibility. The wedding planner may have had his cell number, but she left before dinner was served. I should have been the backup on-site contact person. Live and learn.

Overall, our guests enjoyed having the bus to transport them. Thank you.
