Could not contact Customer Service

I purchased online last Nov 1 and payed for tracked shipped and until now it hasnt arrived. Tried to call the contact number provided on the website but no one answering and no response to my email. If you could somehow explain to me why my order hasnt arrived and why I could contact you.

Very happy with my item the quality, size everything is perfect, communication was spot on, had a problem with the DHL delivery courier but after contacting firecloud cycles about it it got sorted out very quickly, thank you so much, I will definitely be buying from you again 😀 👍 😁

Awaiting a refund…

I order a pink children's bike saddle and when it arrived it was clearly damaged. The item was returned so I could be refunded. However I have had no contact since and no REFUND!! Very poor service.

FireCloud Cycles are excellent. I had been looking for a particular size of seat post for a Dutch bike, FireCloud Cycles had this item in stock, reasonably priced & free postage as well, unbelievable!

I had been searching the Internet for a particular size of seat post to fit a Dutch bike, the item I wanted was available in the Netherlands but at a considerable expense, mainly shipping costs. I then found the very seat post on FireCloud Cycles, reasonably priced and with free shipping/postage, the experience of FireCloud Cycles has been excellent, well done to that company!

Very happy…

Ordered the bike which arrived super fast.It was well packaged and when put together looks very good.My nephew is very happy with it.I can not recommend firecloud cycles enough and will definitely use again.
