The best bike shop in London E1
I bought a bike from them after 7 month it started giving me issue and switches off while riding. I took it to there brand new repair centre and waited for 30mins and had my bike working again. They installed new parts and covered it under warranty and did not charge for anything. My experience with them has been positive. I also got hydraulic brake installed at good price on my Fiido ebike. I will agree with all the good reviews. My mate recommended them and agree they are an excellent ebike and bike shop with repair and parts.
Worst customer service ever
I bought a Fiido D11, i have chose them cause they say their based in the london with the repair centre but that is a lie!
For the delivery they use Yodel and they cannot provide a delivery window, so the delivery process is very challenging.
I have asked the if they could help me to invert the brakes on they bike and they told me to bring it to a bike shop! The paint from the bike is scrumbling from the frame at the bike folding point.
After one week the battery plug broke as the three pin plug is just a bad idea, they asked me to send a picture and they sent me the wrong replacement part.
For the right replacement part (battery shell) they are asking me to pay. Bare in mind the bike has been used 4 times. I went to what they call the bike repairing centre, and it is a small room in a little underground floor, i was in emergency so i thought to pop there for help but no one was there as you need to book an appointment. I have asked the bike to be returned and i am waiting for them to check their in box, so it will take maybe 100 years, they do not have a land line so do not waste your time calling them. The worst customer service experince of my life so far.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Bought ebike on 06/02, delivery done 09/02, so far I was so happy…
Then the nightmare started….
Since first ride, had lots of issues during the first week of purchase, battery needs to be constanyly charge after ride of 13miles to work if not charge it would not make the way back home.
They said put on mode 3 while riding, it was worst.
Been sending lots of mails with videos and pictures, since 15/02 they finally sent someone to collect back the bike on the 21/02
Today we are 4/03/2024 I don’t have any updates, I send emails everyday to know when I will have the bike back if not refund me my money… no signature in mails, no contact number, I am fed up of sending mails everyday but no response.
Money minded company, if you want to waste your money, go on … buy from them and enjoy their poor services after taking your money and no follow up… since 21/02/2024

Bad experience ordering online
It's probably fine if you visit in person. I trusted their "delivery in 1-2 days" and placed an urgent order online. After 2 days I still hadn't received any info about dispatch or delivery so I contacted customer service. Could never get through their line; someone replied over email promising it would arrive later that day. It didn't, nor in the next 4 days. I had to cancel a trip because of this. It's been a week now and I'm still waiting for the order, but at least I got a tracking number after chasing them repeatedly. I would like to believe it's just my bad luck that someone overlooked my order, but I don't recommend the experience.

Bought Fiido T1 Pro amazing powerfull ebike, they assembled for me and gave me 3 months free servicing on top of the 1 year warranty. They also gave big good discount on bike locks and helmet. This is the best Fiido bike shop in UK. These guy are also really nice people. Thank you Bicycle Land.
Bought my secound bike from them now
Bought my secound bike from them now. Fiido L3 at the best price on the market, comes with free servicing and inner tube. I collected it and they checked everything for me. You can't get a better bike shop than Bicycle Land.
Pannier rack didn't fit - seller said it did (but it didn't)
Pannier rack didn't fit
I bought a pannier rack for my M1 Pro from this 'company'. It arrived and there were no instructions as to how to fit it.
I tried several different ways of fitting, but it was plain and simple that this was not the correct model.
I asked them to provide me pictures of the rack fitted to a cycle, all they did was provide me pictures of a completely different rack, which bore no resemblance to the one purchased. They offered to fit, buy since I live in Northern Ireland that was no way near an option.
So ensued 20 emails back and forth of them saying it was, me saying it wasn't. Including one that said if it wasn't in it's original packaging [a clear generic plastic bag' then I may not get the whole amount, which is when I opened a PayPal case to protect my rights as a consumer.
Finally, I took my bike and rack to the FIIDO service centre and they confirmed that this was categorically nt the correct model for my bike.
I sent it back and was told to retain my receipt so they could refund the postage, to which they later renegged, it was only when Trading Standards was mentioned that they copped on and refunded the postage
My advice, if you are buying anything from them, do it in person and bring your bike to make sure it is actually what it is meant for.
Won't be going near these clowns again!!

I bought a fiido d4s in October 2021. When it arrived the spokes weren't tightened and many broke. Now in Aug 2023 the motor is broken after less then 2 years intermittent use! Bicycle land want £300 to fix this fault + travel expenses. Do yourself a favour and STEER CLEAR!
I haven't received any support from bicycleland in 2 years and if you think a motor breaking after 2 years of minimal use is acceptable, then I think that says it all about bicycleland! I previously owned a cheaper fiido D2 for 5 years with every day use and experienced no mechanical or electrical problems.

The salesperson was very helpful. Assembled the bike for me and answered my questions in a professional manner. Fiido D21 is an excellent electric bike, with a smooth ride.

Five star services I bought a ado a20+ reassembled the bike for me And added the throttle control in no extra charge, and also he was very helpful of getting the bike unlocked speed no extra charge really top service and the price was just the best around really happy with the bike I will definitely come back and buy again thank u guy top service

This a Good place to buy Fiido or electric bikes. They are so helpful and always helping customers. I bought my T1 Pro and a month later I had a issue, I called them they asked to go to their Fiido service, I went and waited 20mins and then it was fixed. I agree with all the good review about Bicycle Land. They really take care of their customers and I like that.
