Bike delivered on time had an issue with the colour sent email.expecting to wait a few days for a response as it was 7pm Saturday evening got instant response and apology and even a partial refund before 9pm sat night first class service charging my bike now to try it out tomorrow wish me luck

Great communication! Received almost instant reply from a real human (Alex) via the WhatsApp even midnight message. Bike received in the good condition and received in 4 days after placing order.

Visited the Wembley store to have my Cirgo bike serviced and also purchased a Koolux X1 for my partner. The store manager was professional, approachable, and knowledgeable, answering all my technical questions with ease. Pricing was very reasonable too.

Just collected my Fafrees F20 pro from the Leicester store and it’s amazing. I grabbed the online deal on Black Friday sales and they had it ready for me to collect on Tuesday. The bike was fully assembled and I was told about the functions and how to operate it safely.
Very easy to place order on website and even better for click and collect because they assemble the bike for you. Great communication from the primepedals.com team.
One thing is that the location of their store is a bit difficult to find but they guided me to their doorstep.
Highly recommend, not a big company but they know how to look after their customers.
